The teams that have qualified for the Europa League may not look like strong teams, but they all perform well in important matches. The team that was not talked about much in the Europa League last season won the championship and the team that was the favorite to fight for the title was already eliminated from the tournament. This season, Tottenham or Manchester United are the favorites in terms of other teams, but it will mainly depend on the performance of these teams in the European League. Manchester United is in a good position in the European League so far but this team has problems with consistent performance so if this team loses in any important match then all their dreams will end. I actually agree with you, both teams are among the strongest team then but unfortunately they declined in their performance, I could say they are not financially buoyant anymore that why they can't afford talented players again.
