I have not seen a single match  in the Premier League where Manchester United has been able to perform well against a big team. Manchester United's performance in the Premier League is abysmal. Manchester City is at the top of the points table with 41 points. manchester United has managed to achieve only 29 points, Manchester United is 12 points behind Manchester City. So Manchester United has no chance of coming in the top 5 of the table.

Now Amorim should focus  entirely on the Europa League title. Manchester United's squad is not weak. However, I would say that Amorim should have  taken the necessary measures to strengthen the squad. But Manchester united did not take any necessary steps  to strengthen the Manchester United squad in the winter transfer window.

As for Galatasaray, there are so many things to say about this terrible performance. It was our worst effort by far since the beginning of the season. I couldn't see nearly any of our players working hard on the pitch. This made me really frustrated. We had missing important players, OK. But this doesn't mean we should just give up on the game. Another criticism is towards our coach. Why would you prefer a long ball game?    I just don't understand anything here and we are highly likely to be out of the EL already.

Yeah, red cards do affect games most of the time but in thsi case AZ Alkmaar utilised the opportunity of red card and used it for their own advantage and netted two goals in the process. Now Galatasary has a mountain to climb when Az Alkmaar visits them next week. On paper AZ Alkmaar has already qualified because they are 3 goals ahead as it stands. Galatasary has to score 3 goals without reply from AZ to at least force extra time and I don't think Galatasary can score that much without AZ replying them.

The red card affected Galatasaray and made them to become vulnerable and  AZ Alkmaar having great strikers made good use of the opportunity to punish them by scoring good number of goals which keeps them in a better advantage to progress to the next stage. As someone who follows Galatasaray matches closely, I wasn't surprised. Galatasaray can easily dominate simple teams in the Super League. They are helpless in Europe against teams that are complete like Alkmaar. The reason is very simple because the defense is very fragile and Okan Buruk can't do anything good for this.

Choosing Berkan is already stupidity in itself. Okan Buruk can be successful in the Turkish league, but he is a manager without vision to be successful in the European league.

How will Galatasaray be able to recover a 4:1 loss to AZ Alkmar in their returning leg which is even my concern, i wonder why the red card affected them so much and AZ Alkmar was just taking that advantage and penetrate their defense to score more goals. With how Galatasaray played, i don't think they can win AZ Alkmar in the second leg because regardless of the Red card Galatasaray got against AZ Alkmar this night, they were already losing by 2:1 which shows that Galatasaray's defense is very poor that is why if you check most of their matches they must concede goals. Alkmar literally had a good performance even if it was too erratic and without a defined pattern, they actually did tried to make sure they stay ahead with the goals they have gotten already and make sure to probably still win the game , I used to observe that winning a complete team is difficult as compared to winning an incomplete team in most cases and this lmtook an exception that's actually because AZ was already leading by goals ahead before that incident.

I think you are exaggerating Fenerbahce's advantage, not all is lost for Anderlecht, they were more active in the second half of the first half, although this was not reflected in the score.
