Galatasaray's squad was quite strong. Talented players like Osimhen and Icardi were in Galatasaray's squad. I considered Galatasaray to be the favorite to win the Europa League. But Galatasaray's performance against AZ Alkmaar was very poor.

AZ Alkmaar won their home match against Galatasaray by a big margin of 4-1. After being behind by such a big margin, it was no longer possible for Galatasaray to qualify for the next round. Even then, Galatasaray's team could not play that well in the home match. Alkmaar's players also performed well in the home match against Galatasaray.

 Yeah, Osimhen always plays  like the knockout spartan and considered to be something like the  security blanket for the team.

Regarding to be a winner in he Europa League, I would like to see Galatasaray on this stand, but performance of their opponents  ^{which seems to be  the bolt from the blue for team's couch} in this  league don't hold out a hope of this.

Galatasaray's journey in the Europa League this season is over, yes they could not turn things around after they had to draw in the second leg against Az Alkmaar, while their goal difference in the first leg was 3 goals.
They had to be eliminated faster and I personally did not actually predict this. However, the opponents they faced were also good teams, so maybe they were unlucky because they had to get opponents who were almost the same level.
Now the Europa League is entering a new round, yes we are in the last 16 and the competition will be even more interesting.

Personally, I'm not surprised that Galatasaray drew in the return match... Even Osimhen couldn't help them to make a comeback, and it's probably right to say that AZ Alkmaar played much better than the hosts... How pleased Jose Mourinho when his team qualified for the next Round. He was proud of his team because Fenerbahce is the only Turkish team that can continue to Europa. His strategy he made was worked by not resting the player before match begin. Jose know that if the machine player must be preheated to perform optimally. This Galatasaray team is just overrated, their performance in Europe competition is very poor compared to the Turkey league. You can't reply on them to win a game or not to concede a goal, the team is just disorganized, no pattern of play. Its just individual performance, the coach should be sacked, how can you lose 2 nil to Az Alkmaar  at after half at home on a 4-1 aggregate, its obvious the Galatasaray are just favorite in the Turkey league, when it comes to Europe competition they can play because no officials to help them just as they have been helping them with bad officiating for their favor in their league.  Have watched their games in the group stage, and i can tell they are team you should not bet on straight winning, you can bet on goals for them.

Oshimhen and Icardi are players that should take Galatasaray to the round of 16, but it's  quite unfortunate the are out of the competition at this stage.
Roma did a great come back yesterday against Porto, it was an interesting  game. Paul Dybala brace in the first half gave Roma the needed  home advantage to proceed to the next round, Port gave them tough game but the early two goals they conceded destabilized them.

I said before that Galatasaray is not going to qualify for the round of 16 in the Europa League with their poor performance in the league, first leg Alkmaar defeated them with 4 goals and second leg they drew the match, this shows that Galatasaray was not good and they will find it difficult to win a trophy this season, Galatasaray has lost the hope of qualifying to next round of Europa League since the first leg of the match, now that Galatasaray is out of Europa League they should go and focus on their league and play well.

Roma defeated Porto and I expect that to happen because Roma is in good shape this season and they are capable of defeating Porto, Roma has shown a good performance in the Europa League but the performance is not good enough to make them qualify for the round of 16 but I think as Roma qualify to another they will be serious, Another player that surprised me in the game is Dybala the guy is still playing well at his age.

I think Gilloise was wrong in the Ajax U.S. Gilloise match.
Goalkeeper Pasveer made two penalties, but the referee did not see these penalties and VAR did not step in and warn him. He uncontrollably interferes with his opponent with his hand both during the normal time of the match and in the extra time. He hits his opponent because he can't time it. I think it was a clear penalty, but I don't know what Halam thought and didn't give it.
U.S. Gilloise was the superior side in the match, but they conceded a goal in extra time and bid farewell to the tournament.

The main problem of Galatasaray is that they forget about their defense, you can't concede so many goals and hope to win. Everything was decided in the first match, and in the return game they absolutely couldn't concede. But they again conceded two goals and couldn't even win, so I think they didn't have much chance to achieve something significant in this EL. Roma was a pleasant surprise, they were able to get past Porto, Ranieri was still able to make positive changes to the team.

It caught my attention in the summaries, too, but it means that these positions are not penalties, but in Europe.
If it were in Turkey, the referee would have given a penalty before VAR even stepped in.
It's a shame for the U.S. Gilloise Team, but you found Ajax playing with 10 people like this, they should have finished the job in normal time. When the match went to extra time, Ajax started to make attacks and scored a goal with a penalty.

Galatasaray defense was so porous that AZ players were breaking through easily as if it was theirs. When a club has a weak defense, they are vulnerable to defeats. AZ should have scored more than two goals in the match but they were not lucky enough.

I dont expect lot of goals between Roma and Porto, as an Italian club Roma will try and play defence hard and thats why i think there wont be much goals between these two teams,the only way there can be if the match opens up early. I dont know why its such a high odd on Ajax they are the main favorites in this match

We watched 5 goals which was even more than I expected.    Defending isn't a thing Roma are great at actually. This is why they are playing more offensive to make up for it. Here against Porto, they were successful about it by a 3-2 win. When it comes to Ajax, I failed too hard by betting on them. That early red card just finished off my hopes. I compared the lineups between the first leg and this one and I didn't see much difference either. But bookmakers still gave Ajax really high odds.


Galatasaray were once again terrible with defending. But the strategy was wrong in the first place. Why would you play long ball while you have the players who can enter the penalty area easily by passing? They handed over the next phase to AZ too easily.

Osimhen is not the reason for Galatasaray's defeat even in the second leg when they played at home they also could not beat AZ Alkamaar, basically Galatsaray's strength this season is not that good and also overall its strength is quite balanced with AZ Alkamaar and I even think AZ Alkamaar's qualification is a natural thing when the team is able to show better performance in the play-off round.
Regarding Victor Osimhen's career in the future, it will not be bright anymore because Victor Osimhen has not shown impressive performance and of course not many teams are eyeing Victor Osimhen.

Of the several teams that we predicted would qualify for the round of 16, there were 2 teams that disappointed us, such as Galatasaray and Twente. Galatasaray, even though they got a reliable striker, turned out that their current defense was very bad and could not be balanced with the performance of the attack line. So they had to experience defeat against AZ, which was initially not favored to be able to qualify for the next round.
While Twente also made us hope too much when they had the advantage with a higher aggregate score in the first leg but had to experience failure in the second leg. The mentality changed to be very bad when playing away.

The Nigeria international had everything planned to explore his potential last night, a come back was very important for Galatasaray but you know what happen, they failed in the process.

Alkmaar knocked Galatasaray out of Europa, Alkmaar faces an elite EPL side next. Tottenham Hotspur is a complete hard knot to crack, they're favorite to reach grand Europa final based on the odds circulating round them. And when Osimhen played in the second leg we could understand why this player is special, he could change Galatasaray game much better even though in the end it had to end in a draw. One player can't bring a team to victory, football is teamwork, all lines must be strong and that's what Galatasaray doesn't have.

Talking about Osimhen performance he has shown his best during his time at this Turkish club and I think there are still many European clubs who want to work with him.

Interesting fixture last night but a horrible and emotional night for Galatasaray supporters as their team fail to qualify past the playoffs of the European league after trailing by a 4:1 defeat in the first leg they would have wished to turn things around in the second leg but only could get. 2:2 draw which eliminates them from the tournament marking the end of their quest for European trophy this season.
