Of the several teams that we predicted would qualify for the round of 16, there were 2 teams that disappointed us, such as Galatasaray and Twente. Galatasaray, even though they got a reliable striker, turned out that their current defense was very bad and could not be balanced with the performance of the attack line. So they had to experience defeat against AZ, which was initially not favored to be able to qualify for the next round.

Last night emotional display from the Galatasaray fans was very much expected. They lost the game from the first leg and were hoping things could change in the second leg only for the team to play 2:2 draw. If Galatasaray were able to maintain a clean sheet in the second leg even though they wouldn't qualify it would have been fair enough.
Their fans were expecting something more fascinating in the the return leg; the team would have made an attempt to score 3 goals without any reply to make their fans happy but they still ended up in a draw when they knew all they needed in that match against AZ was a straight win.

If you look at the domestic league rankings, I think Men United is much worse than Real Sociedad, currently the team coached by Ruben Amorim is in poor condition, they are stuck in 15th place in the standings, as are Spurs who are currently only able to be in 12th place in the standings.

If based on the domestic league rankings, then the teams that must be considered to be able to win the title are Ajax Amsterdam, Eintracht Frankfurt, Atletico Bilbao and Lazio. Because considering the four teams have quite good positions in their respective domestic leagues. It was not easy for Galatasaray to be able to restore the aggregate in the first leg with a score of 4-1. This draws seems fair enough unlike the Champions League own, I will definitely not be surprised if AZ Alkmaar eliminated Tottenham Hotspur from the competition in the Round of 16, lol. Tottenham hasn't really been serious and they are inconsistent. AZ Alkmaar were fantastic in their play off games in both legs.
Another game, I anticipating to watch is Real Sociedad Vs Manchester United and AS Roma Vs Athletic Club games, I'm sure these games will bring excitement to viewers and we strap up and wait for the outcome of these games.

If they weren't good they wouldn't have gotten an automatic spot to round 16. I know United situation is a bit challenging because of their injury crisis but I'm still tipping them to win the trophy. I believe they available players will step up.

Now let's evaluate who can make it to the Europa League title considering the results of the draw today.

Tottenham are still favoured the most by bookies indeed. But I feel like they won't even get past AZ. Even if they do they could get eliminated by one of Ajax, Frankfurt or Lazio before reaching the final.

The same goes for Manchester United. Even if they reach the semi finals, the potential competitor is Athletic Bilbao. No way they are going beyond that round.    I think we'll have a Lazio - Athletic Bilbao finale and I'm going with the Spanish club for the winner.

Without a doubt, Real Sociedad is a team that can make the difference. Since they won so well and in such an impressive way, I think they can beat MU. MU is in a bit of a bad way. Things haven't gone well for them in the PL. Now, in the Europa League, they are about to face a team that, for me, is becoming one of the best in the League. So, in view of this, I would lean much more towards Real Sociedad. Of course, that is my way of seeing it. Yesterday, when I saw that Europa League game, I saw a lot of superiority in them.

On the other hand, I saw a Roma team that, wow, made the difference Dybvala certainly seems Italian. They love the Argentine in Italy.
