I think Tottenham will say goodbye to the Europa League in this round. I liked AZ's game against Galatasaray. They are really good at taking advantage of weak defenses.

Tottenham obviously have a weak defending. They will most probably have serious struggles against AZ in both games. I expect high scoring games in both legs.

As for Manchester United, I think they will get past Real Sociedad by a close aggregate. Because Real Sociedad are like the most boring club of the season in the La Liga also.  

It's going to be interesting game while AZ Alkmaar is having first leg game at home, but second could be challenging because Tottenham have one of the best attack in Premier League even their over depth is not good in this season but still they are doing good job and recent results showing improvement which give them boost.

Both England clubs have equal chance of going into next round while both could be interesting games Tottenham hit by good number of injuries, but now things are back on track, and they are feeling much comfortable in last night game against Manchester City they have done good job while they lost at home by 0–1. Currently, both are in favorites of winner but nothing is predictable with few games are going to be toughest which will decide about who is going to win after this round it's more clear about winner.

The Europa League is always interesting because of the surprise that comes with it, Manchester United always perform very well in the Europa League but right now there performance in the premier league is very poor and this may also affect them in Europa, however they can still make it if they put all there focus on this European league but it will be a very difficult one for them, I really don't know the problem of Manchester United ever since sir Alex Ferguson retired from coaching till date Manchester United has not been the same, however I think there problem is management and especially the Coach if Manchester United should have a good coach they will start playing well they have good players but they are not playing like they should, when they sacked the there former coach Manchester United fans where very happy right now it feels like the former coach is better than the current one but we won't judge now till end of the season, they should calm down and look for a great coach a coach that can help the team come back to life, well let see how the season will end for them but for me let them focus more in the Europa League and not premier league.

I think it's about time we stopped blaming coaches for United's inability to perform consistently after Sir Alex Ferguson's exit from the club because since then the club has contracted a lot of good coaches but yet the performance of the club remains unchanged which is to say that the players can also be the problem the club is facing instead of blaming everything on coaches. For Manchester United's fate in the Europa League, no one can say that since they are not performing well in the Premier League that they will suffer same challenge in the Europa League because i could remember during the coaching era of Jose Mourinho, regardless that Manchester United wasn't in a good form in the Premier League but they managed to win the the Europa League so there is still possibility of things to turn for their good in the Europa League. Already, it is obvious that they can't end in a good position in the Premier League to it is better for them to channel all their energy in the Europa League and see if they can become victorious.

I think it's impossible for them to achieve this. Their performance this season is really bad, it looks like they won't even be among the top 10 teams in the Premier League. This season could even be the worst season for Man United. Because in the Premier League, I'm not sure this team can recover and start entering the top 10 again in the near future. Tottenham and Galatasaray have different playing styles. Tottenham's high defensive line and quick counter attacking system, I don't think AZ Alkmaar stands a chance of upsetting them especially in England. Despite Tottenham's defensive weaknesses, AZ Alkmaar lacks the quality and experience to exploit them effectively. Tottenham's attacking firepower and home advantage should be enough to secure their qualification to the quarter finals.

Sometimes it's not all about how they perform before you bet on that club; I think to me it's how their performance is going in that league, not in all competitions, because in some competitions they can be doing better, just like Manchester United, that you are saying now they are doing good in the Europa League, while in the Premier and Champions Leagues their performance is not good.

I think you are concluding so fast about the Galatasaray and Tottenham match. These two clubs are different in performance and even style of play, and that is why you can conclude that one of them will say goodbye even though Tottenham has a weak defence, as you said. Note that Tottenham is not a team to underestimate against Galatasaray; however, they will be playing at home, and that is another reason to look out before you judge the match.

I totally agree with you, the team isn't doing well in the league but they have somehow managed to keep a incredible record in the Europa league so far this season. Personally, I don't think the coach is a problem but it's the club that's the main problem to the club itself. With the way things are going for Manchester United I really don't think they will get their Spanish opponent in the Europa league Round of 16.

There are some teams in the Premier League that are consistently stronger than the teams that have qualified for the Europa League, so it is not uncommon for Manchester United to perform well in the Europa League but to underperform in the Premier League. Manchester United may have realized that now no matter how hard they try with the Premier League, they will not be able to reach a good position in that league, but where they can achieve good things if they focus more, if they work harder, if they focus, maybe something good can be achieved from there. Yes it may be that the Europa League is interesting and Manchester United always performs well in this league. But Manchester united couldn't play well in the Premier League. I doubt if Manchester United beats Real Sociedad it will be a reason for them to be hot and become possible winners for the Europa League cup, forgetting that teams like

Lyon.
Tottenham Hotspur.
Lazio
Olympiacos.
Eintracht Frankfurt.
Rangers.
All are still in this competition regardless of whom they're to meet to reach the finals
