In as much as Manchester United attackers have been having such a very bad season I don’t think the game yesterday was a game that they deserved to be called Mannequins because both Hojlund and Zirkzee were ok yesterday. The first penalty was actually caused by Hojlund run into the box to got clamped down, he missed to chances that were close ranged and I think it was lack of confidence, but overall he bullied the defense and that was what actually got Manchester united space on the flank. Gernacho on the right was definitely superb he did most of the work running towards that Sociedad defense and was also unlucky not to score, I see why Amorim plays him from there now.

As for Zirkzee I think he was a joy to watch. Seems he has found his place as a 9.5 and not the usual pointed man, right now he is one of the most undroppable players in the team and allows the midfield pivot of Bruno and Casemiro to simply just tackle only, he was involved in all most every of Manchester United goal. So they might have not score but at least they give the performance that made their team to score

They played better yesterday because they were playing with a weak club who knows nothing about them. Assuming Hojiluund wasn't brought down in the 18 yard box, he wouldn't have scored that goal. Manchester United needs better strijers than these ones that you are calling. United is supposed to be competiting in UCL and not Europa, because that's where their mates are. Well Tottenham had a lot of troubles against AZ and they struggled a lot it was seen in the first leg,now again Frankfurt its gonna be really close and it can go either way. The easiest opponent on paper Lazio has. Bodo/glimt aint that good and Lazio must take advantage of this.

Manchester United's attack line still needs deeper improvement this season and also next season, because if the attack line is still weak like that, of course there will be no chance for Manchester United to compete again in the prestigious title race next season. Bilbao defeated Roma at home to qualify.Roma were reduced to 10 men, which had a big part to play.After Roma were reduced to 10 men, the game became easier for Bilbao because they were able to dominate.

Such first-touched passes have higher probability of inaccuracy and failure but in a match, one or two successful passes like this can be assists and change the match result entirely.

Bruno needs support from a world class defensive midfielder like Casemiro years ago in Real Madrid when he covered defensive tasks for Luka Modric and Toni Kroos as well as Marcelo at the left swing. Roy Keane's my hero I must say, but I don't take his criticism for Bruno Fernandez seriously. Yeah, he wants them to up their standards as players of the club but Bruno shouldn't be his prime target. Did you notice how he responded and reacted to that call from Roy Keane? He went ahead to score a free kick against Arsenal and Hat trick in the Europa League Competition.

I have said a billion times,  he is the only Manchester United current player most likely to be in Sir Alex Fergusons selected players. I also consider him a better Manchester United legend already.  He deserves respect and his flowers now. Worse ever Man United season but have you seen his goals/assist? Mind blowing!!
