I really don't understand the plan you're talking about concerning Manchester United that you said they have, talking about Manchester United next opponent in the Europa league, I think of late Lyon has had more interesting results than Man Utd and in terms of league they are well positioned than the Premier League side. It's going to be a tough for both teams as it stands because no one can outrightly say who will win the tie overall. I will still keep my fingers crossed because I can't predict the outcome of this very game.

Many people are  saying that Manchester United will win this match. I would say that it should not be said so definitely. Because the opponent lyon is not a weak team. If Amorim considers lyon a weak team, then he is going to make a big mistake. We have  seen better performances from Lyon in the first round matches. Even in the knockout round , Lyon's players played well in both matches against FCSB.

We know that Manchester united will give their full  effort in the Europa league match now. Amorim will try his best to win the Europa League title. However, Lyon's target is also to win the Europa league title now. Lyon's team is also quite strong . That is why I think that both teams have equal chances of winning this match. I cannot put Manchester United ahead.

By the way, the Europa League finale is going to take place at San Mamés Stadium which is Athletic Bilbao's. This would also be some extra motivation for them honestly.

Manchester United is a team that can go to the final. They can also eliminate Athletic Bilbao. There is a possibility that Bilbao can eliminate them, but Amorim and his students are a team that can beat the Spanish. Manchester United ranking is not bad according to Duelbit, they are the biggest team in the tournament, they will always have high ratings over any of these teams in the list because they have experienced players that can turnaround things within short period of time. Underrating Manchester United in the Europa League is not proper because they can defeat all these teams remaining in the tournament despite their poor performances in all competitions.

Once Manchester United defeat Lyon, they are almost the champions because I don’t think there is any team that can stop them again unless Tottenham or Athletic Bilbao because Bilbao is one of the favorites in this tournament and they are in good form. Tottenham was among the favorites but they lose form, so Manchester United still have good chance in the UEFA Europa League this season.

Manchester United don't have many experience in UEFA Europa League as in the past, they had more seasons and appearances in UEFA Champions League. Their participation in Europa League more regularly recent seasons is consequence of their club quality decline over recent years since retirement of Sir. Alex Ferguson. They are not a club like Sevilla with a record of winning Europa League title to say that they are too experienced here.

I agree with you, after the round of 16, the rating is based on Manchester United's past and present performances, not only their recent record. If the bookies have to consider Manchester United's performance this season, I don't believe they will be rated second in the positions. Though Manchester United has a strong record in the Europa League, they must give it their all to move to the next round, because a big name cannot help a team win games unless they improve their performance.

However, I believe Tottenham was rated based on their performance last season, compared to how poor they have become this season. Tottenham ranked third among the favorite teams to win Europa League, ahead of Frankfurt and Rangers. Though football results may be unexpected, but Tottenham lacks what it takes to win and lift the trophy.

If only referring to the Europa League and not related to the domestic League, then the ratings that have been obtained by both teams are very appropriate because no matter how you judge Manchester United, everyone must admit the fact that the team has never lost in the Europa League this season at least until Manchester United entered the quarter-finals. Maybe the reason Manchester United is still favored to become champions in the European league is due to several things. Like Manchester United is a big team in the English league and has many great players in it. In addition, maybe Manchester United is considered to be starting to rise from its slump, although in my personal opinion this will not happen at least for this season. However, don't be too confused, because this is just a prediction and everyone certainly has different predictions regarding who will become champions in the European league. Maybe if I may choose, from position 1 to position 4. In the first position I will also put Bilbao, then in position 2 I will put Lazio, then in position 3 I will put Lyon, and in position 4 I will put Tottenham. The native soil gives the advantage to Bodo/Glimt, besides the team has a very strong goalkeeper, who gave good account of himself acting something like the safe blanket for the team at various times. Thus, not disputing your opinion about Lazio's strength to win this match I dare assume their away draw which ^{in my view} would be just as good for both teams judging their current positions.
