Frankfurt is good but they have to get through Totteham first then after that they will go through Lazio. I don't see them getting past these 2 teams. They play well but I just don't think they're that good.
Also, there is still Athletic Bilbao, which they have to face if both teams make it to the final.

Yeah, I think you're right  when you said that we shouldn't use thier performance which is been displayed in thier domestic league to predict the outcome. Because if we are to consider thier performance when they're playing in their domestic league I think Lyon will be consider as the favorite team to win this game, because they have been consistant both in Europa league and as well in thier domestic league, while manchester united in the other side is not that good when playing in their domestic league. meanwhile they have been very consistent in the Europa, So therefore anyone who want to get it right should consider thier performance during their previous matches in the Europa.

And even if the op wants to judge it that way, Manchester united draw Manchester city today and they didn't just draw Manchester city they played Manchester city but luck wasn't on there side that is why they... I can not say for sure that Manchester united will win because I don't know but I can say partially that Manchester united will qualify for semifinals, I don't know how they are going to do it but that what I feel and I am not trying to discourage one because everybody don't have to agree with me because we all have different view.

Well I still stand by support for Manchester united and not Lyon,  the Ligue 1 has made most teams there really weak but I wouldn't want to undermine Lyon actually seeing that so far they have been able to make it to this point on the europa table but I still strongly consider that they were been faced by weak teams and so it's very possible for them not to say they will not have the capacity to win Manchester United who is regarded as even stronger than they are currently,  but until it's over we cannot be sure yet even with our certainty expressed towards Manchester United due to their  known strength.
