I dont know if someone talked about it in the thread previously but i want to pint out how good ended up being the new format, i mean if you look into the teams who were on top of the tabble when the " regular season" ends are the same who reach the semifinals with one or two expections.

I am still hopeful Bodo/Glimt would make a comeback. They have done much better in the home ground and they still have that home ground game left. They did 2-0 against Lazio while on away they were 3-1. Against Olympiacos too they were 2-1 in away and 3-0 at home. They lost 2-1 to twente on away and won 5-2 at home. So there's a clear trend that Bodo/Glimt does come back at home. They could win against Tottenham if they continue the performance.
I'm okay with anyone going on final between Man U and Athletic Club but seems Man U would reach the finals.

Tottenham Hotspur performance always not end up to be an impressive one this season if you ask me, they just get to finish the matches more often on just luck than them actually playing to get a win. Boro/Glimt is actually a team they should fear in the second leg because they always play better at home and this time around won’t be an exception not minding the team they’re going to be playing against. Tottenham not better joke with this team or they will be eliminated from the competition in this round.

So this second leg might likely be a very though game for them because Bodo is playing home now, though even their winning odds right now seems quite the same. However, with their home advantage everything is likely possible to happen in this game.

Almost certainly, but not a certainty. Manchester United have one foot in the final and their chances are high after a promising win in Spain.
3 goals is not an easy goal for Bilbao to make later in Manchester, but in football it can happen and Lyon in the previous round was able to do that against Mancesheter United.

Athletic Club must come to Old Trafford not with their heads down but come with great motivation even though many people say Manchester United in the Europa League is different from Manchester United in the Premier League.
For me, all possibilities can still happen including the possibility of Manchester United failing to make it to the final.

I wouldnt be surprised if Bodo/Glimt made a huge surprise and goes through. Tottenham this season isnt good and they are known to drop huge leads this season. Tottenham Spurs is going to be in trouble if Bodo scores tomorrow since they are only leading by two goals, if Bodo scores, the difference will be one goal, which is very risky for Tottenham because they may concede at any point. Bodo has a good record at home because the players understand that their little stadium could surprise Tottenham tomorrow with a comeback, anything can happen tomorrow, but no one knows because Tottenham failed to win their previous league game.

The goal margin is too much so definitely it looks secured already for Manchester United. I don't see Athletic Bilbao do much anymore, I even heard Bilbao didn't include Nico Williams and his brother is their traveling squad list. Not sure if it's legit news but if they don't I don't see any hope for them anymore.

Sometimes Manchester United is unpredictable and their performance cannot be relied upon, the inconsistent performance is why I still have a little doubt about their qualification. They might end up playing poorly tomorrow now who knows. Their performance in the Europa league has been far better than that of the premier league so let's hope they don't mess things up tomorrow.

I can't see any bets being accepted for Man United to qualify, but betting on Athletic Bilbao can return you an x18.0. Which is so high that it actually might be worth putting a few quids on it. Obviously Man United has the higher probability to qualify, but if any team is to make a surprise, I think it's more likely to be Athletic rather than Bodo. Athletic is a solid team, who were very unfortunate with the red card and a penalty that set the tone for the rest of the game. Man United are not at their best, out of their last 5 league games, they haven't won once, they have lost 3 times and drawn twice. It might not be a walk in the park for United tomorrow, despite what many seem to think.

When people talk about Hotspur or United, they should also consider that they talk about nr 15 and 16 in the standings in Premier Legue, and a team that beat like who? Lyon? 7th in the Ligue! Real Sociedad? 11th in La Liga!

Tottenham Hotspur dominated the first semi final, scored three goals but they let Bodo scored a late goal and nailed the match as 3 - 1 for Tottenham Hotspur. My hope is the same as yours and I want to emphasize that whatever happens in the Manchester United vs Tottenham match that has happened throughout this season cannot be used as a benchmark because now everything is different and Manchester United has made many changes to be better and that has been proven.

Both Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United are worthy enough to fight for the UEL trophy and they have advanced far to the semi-finals and will soon reach the final and if no unexpected surprises occur I think Tottenham and Manchester United will face each other in the final. Historically, their performances in the EPL are almost balanced but Tottenham have repeatedly beaten Man United in every meeting they have had recently so I think Tottenham will also do the same to be able to get the UEL trophy, of course Tottenham do not want to continue to be without trophies.
