And ManU in particular were very lucky that Bilbao got a red card in the first game and therefore actually lost, and that Bilbao's most important players were missing in the second game. If the Champions League was to be transferred to the Europa League, Manchester United and Tottenham would probably not be in the finals. Because they are in really bad shape this year, but they made it to the final because there are very few teams that can compete with them in the Europa League. In the final, one of these two teams will be the champions and England will have 6 representatives in the UCL next year. Winning the Europa League and participating in the Champions League is also a dream for the great team because they are currently just above the relegation zone in the Premier League table.
