They have almost similar conditions in terms of their overall performance this season in competitions, we can’t singled out any of them as the best team for now because they are both not consistent and they are losing the matches we are expecting a win from them, they will only make their fans happy if they end up winning the Europa League and we all know that it is only one of these teams that will win the Europa League, therefore, one of these teams will end up regretting this season because their coaches didn’t perform well entirely this season.

However, we can’t deny the fact that Manchester United have the hope of winning the Europa League because they have big players in their squad than Tottenham, even though we know how hungry Tottenham is to get an official trophy, therefore, they can’t misuse this opportunity to lift an official trophy for the team.

They both must really want to win that trophy because it's not just because of prestige or achievements, but also becomes the only hope to get to the Champions League next season. Therefore, this will be a final with a tight fight because it is very likely that they will fight to the last drop of blood. This season, Tottenham have the upper hand over Man United when the two face each other, but the Europe league is obviously different to a Premier League match, so it is quite difficult to predict who will be the winner, as anything can happen.


When one team gets a red card then the match will be lopsided. However, this is more likely to happen because of the rivalry between the two English teams, and this is the final.

The whole point of winning Europa for them is to go to UCL next season, otherwise the Europa itself has no meaning for them. I mean if both finalists went to UCL next season, then I will tell you that we will see a very boring match that nobody cares about. When one match is that important, you will see 100% of both teams and how great they can actually be. Manchester United seem to me to be the slight favourites, Manchester United are a more experienced club and have seen more of these finals against Tottenham. I see Tottenham's injury problems as a disadvantage against United's greater squad depth.

Both teams have had a poor season in the Premier League, and actually playing in the final will be a great consolation for them, and a bigger gift for the team that will be the Europa League champions. The creativity of Mason Mount and Bruno Fernandes in midfield will be a great asset for United.

The era of Jim Ratcliffe has led to drastic financial cuts. The club allocated just two tickets for backroom staff to purchase. Amorim is safe. I think 99.9% he will be coaching Manchester United next season as I suppose that was part of the whole process to sign and convince him. They guaranteed him to have time to build this new team, which is now bad and no expectations were precisely agreed upon. I can't remember, but do you happen to know whether Amorim made some big promises at his first press conference or said something like what they are going to achieve this season?

Amorim is said to have rested players prior to the Europa league final, and they happen to be the favorite.
