Oh no, Tottenham Hotspur really became a nightmare for Manchester United, their unbeaten record was broken in the final match. When in the first half Manchester United had to be behind by one goal against Spurs, I still had hope that the second half would belong to Manchester United. And yes, it was true that the second half in injury time really belonged to Manchester United, they continued to press Spurs' defense, but unfortunately their defense was very tight and their goal performed very well, even the kicks and headers that were so piercing could still be pinned by G. The conclusion of this final match is that Tottenham has a fast attacking strategy and good teammate communication. Meanwhile, Man United made too many passes without making quick attacks. But in the final minutes Man United showed a good attack but useless.

I don't know why you are calling for Onana and Maguire's replacement. Yes the Cameroonian have not been up and doing this season but I don't think he should be blamed for the goal today. The ball deflected and there is no way he could save the ball. For Harry Maguire, he has been outstanding this season. He has scored some important goals for the club that have made them progress in this competition. He had not been bad this season based on by examination.

Ange Postecoglou adopted a defensive but counter attacking stractegy. And immediately his side got that one goal they defended it till the end of the match. Congratulations to Tothenham for the Europa League trophy and Champions League qualification.

This may have been put out there as a joke but it is actually funny how clubs with a Bird in their Logo are winning titles, it is the season of the birds. Congratulations to Tottenham Hotspurs on their victory but to me this was a crazy final where the 16th and 17th team in the English premier League played the Europa League final.
I believe this means automatic qualifications for Tottenham Hotspurs into the uefa champions League. Manchester United will be missing out on European football next season because this will be giving them an opportunity to focus more on the league, I think this is actually a blessing in disguise for them.

This is the same thing that happened to Bayer Leverkusen last season; they were unbeaten since the beginning of the season in all competitions but lost to Atalanta in the finals. It has happened to Manchester United today.
Manchester United fans never expected such a result from today's match; they were very confident of winning the Europa League because they were well prepared for it since they didn't do well in the Premier League, but unfortunately, they were shocked tonight. Are you cool with saying that Amorim has not changed anything in the team? Because I believed Ten Hag would win this final.

We were all rooting for Manchester United to win the title. Right from the quarter finals of the league, they seemed so enthusiastic and came up with performances that you never knew they had. Just look at how they destroyed Athletic Club, only for them to come and do this against Tottenham.
It’s obviously the case of giving up all they had in the EPL to take a stand with the Europa League and now, they’ve lost it to a not so in form Tottenham, that’s just sad for them.

This was probably the worst final i’ve watched in the last 10 years. Congratulations to Tottenham, but this was a disaster. The goal was pure luck, and after that, they didn’t have a single serious attack to threaten Man Utd. But Man Utd, who were attacking the entire second half, couldn’t score  and not only that, they couldn’t even deliver a decent cross. That goal line clearance was impressive, but if we look at how Højlund headed the ball, we’ll agree it was weak. In the end, that shot from Casemiro summed up the whole match. All in all, a complete disaster, but full credit to Tottenham.

It's a shame that Manchester United went all the way unbeaten to be beaten by Tottenham in the final. I just knew there is something about Manchester United this season that is not right and if they should win a trophy this season the board and Manager would probably not see it as a problem. From stats and head to head Tottenham Hotspur had better stats and have won every game against them this season so that means they were clearly better. 

Manchester United did fight well and did all they could but wasn't enough to break Tottenham defense. A big congratulations to Tottenham as they finally win a trophy after a long 17 years without winning a trophy. Congrats to the manager and the players it was well deserved.

Tottenham literally made one shot on target and that was enough to win. Well done to them, I guess. Apparently it has been 17 years since they won any trophy. Despite their horrible league position (17th place, just above the relegation zone) they will play in the Champions League next season.

I don't think people fully realise how bad this loss is for Man United. For one of the biggest and wealthiest clubs in the Premier League, finishing 16th, not winning any trophy and not qualifying for any European cup is an absolute disaster and will hurt them financially. I hope they bounce back.

I am also very frustrated with this result, how could they lose to Tottenham Hotspur? Spurs only played defensively and only made a few counterattacks, while Manchester United continued to press Spurs' defense, but not a single shot from Man United players managed to rip Spurs' goal. From 16 attempts at shooting and 6 shots on target, with more than 70% possession, how could Spurs withstand the pressure and attacks made by Man United players.

I still can't accept the defeat experienced by Man United, and maybe this wound will continue to scar for a long time. and with this defeat, then for next season we will not see Man United appear in any European league competition, be it UECL, UEL or UCL.

Johnson's first half goal became a nightmare for Manchester United and now they won't appear in any European Cup competition next season, what a disappointment for Amorim in his first season with Manchester United, he was almost close to winning a title for the club but the stigma of Tottenham's previous wins could not allow United to shine despite all their efforts to equalized the score but it proved abortive. Now, I understand Manchester United's problem, the players lack goal scoring mentality if not why will they dominate the match and couldn't equalize the score. Amad didn't play anything in today's game, he made quite some numbers of mistakes. Tottenham became the lucky side in the end and am happy for Son winning an European title at last, at least he has achieved a trophy just as his former teammate Harry Kane got a trophy at Bayern Munich. How I wish Manchester United had put in the effort they used during the last minute at the beginning of the match. All the wasted passes they made could have resulted in at least one goal. It is quite unfortunate that due to Manchester United's defeat tonight, they have automatically deprived themselves of the chance to play in the Conference League next season, including the Europa League and Champions League all in next season.

Am really perplexed myself, I don't know how to place this final, the goal was a lucky one and Manchester United though where able to mount some pressure but it wasn't just enough. The unfortunate thing for Manchester United will be that, since they won't be going for The champions League next season, it will be very hard for them to attract  good players during the next transfer window.

Personally I expected the match to be a strong encounter between the two teams although Manchester United did well in the second half of the match but we know how events like this could be especially when it comes to be the finals, Tottenham were able to utilize their opportunity although it was an own goal by Luke shaw however, Totenham did well by making sure that the only goal of the match was defended till the end of the meeting, based on the overall statistics of the match, Manchester United had 6 shots on target but was unable to convert any of it to goal, Tottenham had only 1 shot meaning that if all things being normal Manchester United would've been the champions tonight but it is unfortunate that they couldn't may be because they aren't lucky enough to get get any goal in the match, they possessed the ball more than Totenham did, i will just have to say that in every game as like this one, a winner must emerge through whichever way, so I congratulate Totenham, Manchester had a very bad season, I hope they prepare very strong for next season that's all I have to say to them, as for the unbeaten stuff, it doesn't work with every team, atleast we have seen that today.
