I don't think that's the case. I contacted their support regarding this. Asked them why the commission fee was this high! They said it was dynamic and it depends on the network not their service. But still I think it's pretty high. Not always though, I remember at first the commission was like 5$ and later after like 15-20 minutes it went to 2.5-3$. This is what I got from them!

It is probably better to compare with the current fee at https://mempool.space/ so you will have a better insight into their calculation. It does not mean much that it changed in a period of 15-20 minutes.
It would probably be better if they had the option for the user to choose the fee rate he is willing to pay, so leave everything to the mempool.

I think the fees are dynamic and change with the network fees, but the problem is that there is no option in the wallet to reduce the fees, I think the wallet chooses a high priority to ensure the transaction arrives in a short time so the fees are high.

It would be better to add an option that allows the user to set the fees themselves.

Anyway, if you do not intend to keep Bitcoin and want to send a transaction, you can use the "Convert" service inside the wallet, where you can exchange Bitcoin to USDT and then withdraw it.
I did this and sent USDT via BSC network, it only cost me about $0.3 in fees.

Yes, I prefer that too. We don't need high priority all the time! If I'm not in a hurry, I would probably set it on low priority, send in and chill on bahamas  . A option to set the priority or manually set the fee is necessary in 2024.

I'm not sure whether it's just the network fee or  commission + network fee. Even if it's just the network fee, it shouldn't be that high! Right?

To clear things up, let me explain a bit. You saw my previous post where it was approximately +-$4 fee for a $25 withdrawal? On the same day, I withdrew from another address in a different wallet, and it only cost around +-$1.25 in fees. Does that make sense? If I'm remembering correct, both transactions were done on the same day!

Just look at these below, there were taken just now! I haven't checked the mempool yet, not sure whether the network is congested or not!

Can't say anything about the network fee, as many things can affect it, like the amount of inputs or UTXO, or in other terms, the data of the address. Sometimes when we withdraw funds from a wallet, like once I withdrew funds from a wallet my main wallet and I made only in one tx in it and when I withdrew, I only paid $1.50 on the main net, and that time BTC was at $87k.

At the same time, other wallets's data was high, and they were charging more then $50 for one tx. Data matters, so that can come into account here. If you are in the campaign for 10 weeks and received 10 weeks of payment, the data can be more so does the tx. But it should not be low once it showed a higher amount.

I think the team can explain the theory behind it correctly. Although yahiali3 answer fit best here, as the priority can be high here.

PS: I just noticed Cryptomus had 303k visitors. I mean, that's awesome.

As far as I know, Cryptomus fees are dynamic and based on network fees plus commission fees.
So far, I have sent BTC directly to another wallet, and the fee feels quite large, even though it is more quickly confirmed on the Bitcoin Blockchain network.

I have yet to try the Convert feature on Cryptomus.
I tried to compare the exchange rate with https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/

It appears that Cryptomus's estimated exchange rate is lower, although it can still change as transactions continue.

Yeah, this saves more fees I've done this as well before. But when you have the other goal of keeping some BTCs to stack them, then obviously just withdrawing it out and sending it to your BTC wallet is more preferred. And on your case DS, if you all want is a low fee, there you go and I'd do it once again too.

Yeah, this saves more fees I've done this as well before. But when you have the other goal of keeping some BTCs to stack them, then obviously just withdrawing it out and sending it to your BTC wallet is more preferred. And on your case DS, if you all want is a low fee, there you go and I'd do it once again too.

I tried to make a comparison at different times, I took the price on Cryptomus and CoinMarket at a certain time and then after an hour I took a second snapshot of the price on both sites and I found that the price of Cryptomus did not change even though it changed several times on Coin Market.


I don't know what the price API is associated with Cryptomus but I think they should update the price every few minutes so that the user gets a price close to CoinMarket.

Just do what you are seeing the most affordable and cheap since the fees are dynamic as well if it's also relying to the network. You're free compare it unlimited times and so, enjoy the money that you're about to withdraw.

Thank you yhiaali3 for the suggestion. I used the convert service, exchanged BTC to UDST, and then sent it via Arbitrum network. It cost me around 0.5$ which is far more better than the previously charged network fees, 4-5$. It saved me a couple of bucks which is exactly what I wanted!

I use an extension to mintor the traffic of any website I visit for two things, one to check the authenticity of the site I am visitng like many times scammers in crypto create fake sites with the same layout and ask to connect wallets, second to do the analysis of a domain for link building and etc.

Well, you can use similarweb or any traffic tracker site to see how much traffic cryptomus has got till now.

PS: The convert method is way cost-efficient than using the BTC network, as when I tried to send funds the fee was high and I waited 2 days for it to come down but it was high due to congestion, so I used convert which was very cheap highly recommended.

I reckon, I have to convert to at least maintain the value of the BTC that I have received. Because if I'll withdraw through BTC, there's almost half of its value being cut due to the fees. The transfer also was very smooth as usual, there's nothing to be worried with and it works perfectly to me every time I do it.

The transfer also was very smooth as usual, there's nothing to be worried with and it works perfectly to me every time I do it.

Yeah, the fee is cheap so that's not a problem anymore. BTW did any of you complete those tasks to earn the CRMS? The tasks are not hard and they are equal to 1$ if I am not wrong and in order to receive we have to do KYC as well. Overall, the convert feature works like charm. If more p2p offers would be added by providers soon then things will become more better too. But still people are doing direct p2p.

You are right, it should allow us to convert one coin into another coin not via USDT but it's not that expensive if we go like coin to usdt to coin. But sometimes I noticed when we convert coin to coin it can be expensive in terms of fee. Overall, the conversion feature is working and I don't get why you said it has start working! It gives the idea like it was not working before?

I would also like to add another thing for the converter, there is a "limit" tab where if you don't like the conversion rate in the Cryptomus you can set the limit rate you want and wait for the order to be executed when it reaches your desired rate. It may take some time depending on the market and you can cancel it at any time if it has not been executed for a long time.

A few days ago, I tried the convert BTC to USDT feature on Cryptomus and transferred to another address using the BSC (BEP-20) network. The results saved more transfer fees compared to transferring using Bitcoin directly, especially at that time when the fee rate on the Bitcoin blockchain network was rising.

In August, the exchange service did not work. There were more different coins for exchange in the list, but this function did not work.
