Is it only me that experiences this? I am moving my funds from personal to trading wallet and it asks me for a 2FA. After entering my 2FA from my authenticator, it is declining and tells an error

invalid code

and when I reenter the same correct code, it tells this

!This code has already been used, try a new one.

Hey mate! I tried to follow your steps and the transfer was successful. I could transfer my funds from my personal wallet to my trade wallet and vice versa! 2FA is working on my side! I'm not sure what caused the error. Try disabling the 2FA and enabling it again! Or contact their support for more clarification!

What I did is after posting this a while ago, I keep on repeating entering the code and the new ones that appears on my authenticator. At some point it became good. I don't know what's the problem because eventually, it was accepted and proceeded. I'll try to do it once I trade once again.

I was wondering why Cryptomus doesn't have any Android app when they have one for ios!? They are expanding their businesses, recently launched their own trading platform, shouldn't they be opeming their services to a wider userbase? I mean, I think the majority of are users are Android based. Those who don't have any pc, laptop or an ios device won't be able to use their platform. One might say, they do have a web version though. Surfing the web version through a smartphone is very inconvenience IMO. I understand in terms of security ios devices are the best (some might disagree), anyway with the proper development, an Android based cryptomus app will have a big impact!

Yes I agree, last week I was traveling for a week to another city and I couldn't take my laptop with me so I had to work on my mobile, I logged into my Cryptomus wallet via my mobile chrome.

The wallet works fine on my mobile browser but I agree if there was an Android app for the wallet it would be much easier and better. There are a lot of users who work only on mobile.

I like that the service is developing.
I can exchange bitcoin only for USDT. Then I can change USDT for other coins, and for each coin there is a limit of exchange. For example on DASH there are no limits, on TRON the minimum limit is 15 dollars, on Solana 5 dollars, on bitcoin cash -25 dollars.
Where to see all these limits?

I don't think a second confirmation popup is necessary! Just as @DrBeer said, "it's only a pseudo-cancel transaction". So there is no harm in canceling and making the transaction again! Because the real transaction isn't added to the blockchain before the 2 minute delay. Technically, we can cancel it again and again (intentional or unintentional, doesn't matter), and there would be no effect! Making another one won't cost you anything!  

It don't matter really but what if the transaction fee would be different next time? I know with USDT the transaction fee is the same because I made two withdrawals and the fee was the same. I even tested it a few times, and the fee was the same. But with BTC withdrawal, the tx fee was higher after the first try, I mean with time the fee will be higher, and lower too but let's say you find the best tx fee and make a withdrawal and mistakenly, like in rare cases like mine, hit the cancel option.

Again while making the withdrawl the fee is higher, that's a lose and the whole thing really don't take much time but it just add more to the UI as I said before.

So what I did with my concern is to keep on entering the code from authenticator and it work eventually. The problem might be my phone's time and date, it should be automatically set and the support did replied to my concern when I've buzzed them a message for help.

That's a big what if! The opposite is also possible! TBH, it totally depends on network congestion and some luck! For example, you canceled the transaction, and the next moment the commission got decreased. As far as I am aware, within a specific period, the fee doesn't change! 

Anyway, I don't think anyone would want to make direct BTC transactions because of their high fees. And as for USDT, the fees aren't as volatile as BTC fees. So it doesn't matter, at least not for me, to cancel and make a new transaction.

Also, we have to be responsible when making a transaction, not saying you aren't. Just saying, if I'm sleepy or anything, I would avoid making a transaction. Mistakes are unavoidable, but it costs nothing to be cautious!

Even though there is an iOS version of Cryptomus, not all users from various countries/regions can use it. For example, in my country (Indonesia), the Cryptomus application is unavailable in the App Store.
It is indeed more practical to use the application via smartphone, and you can be more flexible when you want to transfer funds or use the trading features on Cryptomus.

I looked at the 'List of Non-serviced Countries' at the link https://cryptomus.com/aml. Users from countries on the list cannot open an account and use Cryptomus services, even through the website. I assume that this is related to the regulations in each country.

Indonesia is not included in the list, so users can still use Cryptomus via the website even though smartphone applications (iOS) are not supported.

Since it is a government licensed centralized wallet and exchange, it is not surprising that they impose KYC and AML regulations on their users to ensure their continued operation.

These restrictions on these non-serviced countries are most likely due to restrictions imposed by the licensing government and not because of Cryptomus.

So, because your time and date weren't set properly, the 2FA code didn't work? 

Yeah, I think so that's the problem because the Authenticators that we have are integrated with the time and date in our phones. I'll give an update soon because when the Auth code has been gone and I've tried to enter the former code, it worked.

Yes, I was guessing that too. Even big countries like USA, Russia, Japan are blacklisted. They have so many strict rules and regulations imposed! What I found funny is that even though crypto is banned at my place, Cryptomus is available here. What I think is that because the authority doesn't regulate this sector properly. We have rules and regulations and everything but nobody seems to pay any heed to it. Anyway, I was able to use their services without any issue. Furthermore, I checked their P2P feature and found payment method which I regularly use. Although I found no Marchant at this moment, maybe because they are still new, still it's a relieve to see that they are supported in my country.

I wouldn't be too surprised if the USA were included in the List of Non-Serviced Countries (example by Cryptomus: https://cryptomus.com/aml). Previously, many exchanges or crypto wallets restricted/prohibited users domiciled in the US from using their wallets or services. For example, Binance US doesn't even support certain states and regions (https://support.binance.us/hc/en-us/articles/360046786914-List-of-supported-states-and-regions).

I did a comparison with KuCoin myself and you are actually right! The fees are much much cheaper then other exchange platforms! Way too cheaper tbh!

For BTC, it was around 0.00045 BTC ($42)
For ERC20, it was around $5.5

Of course, other networks had cheaper fees, but it's still high compared to Cryptomus!

The last time when I checked Cryptomus.com I thought it's just an another crypto project. It worth to give a try.

It's not just robbery... Last night, I wanted to buy BNB through a card, but it asked for KYC... I thought lets give it a go then remembered I already lost funds to a company whose campaign same person was managing...Had to drop the idea because of that memory and Cryptomus's history.
I can't trust this company with my documents, regardless of whether they provide a discount, who knows next day I'd be seeing my document on darknet sale, lol

It's just crazy! Only a madman would spend $42 for transaction fees. Here look at ByBit's fees. It's the same as KuCoin and Binance. $12 for BTC, $8 for ERC20 chain. Still high for me! I would have understood if the networks were congested, but the last time i checked, it wasn't.
