Did anyone noticed this? I'm not sure whether I saw something like this before or not! Can't remember! Users can cancel their transaction within 2 minutes!

I'm pretty sure it's not a cancel, but a pseudo-cancel transaction. Reason ? There is no concept of “cancel transaction” in the protocol, which means that most likely the transaction is prepared but not sent for 2 minutes, waiting for “cancel”, so if the user decided to cancel it, the transaction will simply not be sent to the network.

Yup, i also think that. It looked like the coins are being sent and is in processing but in reality it isn't. They sends the coin (actual transaction) after the two minutes period ends. And if the users thinks he made a mistake or anything, he can just cancel it within  that time limit and the system would just stop the process.

Congratulations to Cryptomus ln launching their trading platform this is a good news. I would definitely experience the feature. The platform is already very smooth and addition of a trading platform will increase its adoption as well.

This will not only increase Cryptomus's trading volume but also expand their user base, as more and more traders are likely to trade here if suitable conditions are met. BTW, I couldn't find any news or updates about this on their social media handles. Can you give more insight on this or do we have to wait until the launch?!

Good news, I will be happy to use the trading platform, I currently use the transfer feature within the wallet but its options are limited so I expect the platform to have wider and better options.

Hmm.. I'm on it, haha but honestly, I had some issues last week with SMS verification as the bot was not sending the OTP but support helped me within an hour so things are good now even better and it was on the live chat so with any minor issue I will recommend Live chat support as they are quite fast.

Let's check some other features as well ..

Thanks for the update, Royse. It's good to see that cryptomus keeps on moving forward and gives update to their platform. I'd be happy to check it and will leave my opinion on how it went just like how I've given my opinions on some minor things even with the logging-in.

I had some issues last week with SMS verification as the bot was not sending the OTP but support helped me within an hour so things are good now even better and it was on the live chat so with any minor issue I will recommend Live chat support as they are quite fast.

Have you tried the remember device? it's convenient if you do that. It works for me.

Eleven to be exact! I'm sure they'll support more coins in the future! They just lunched the trading platform! Of course, I'll take some time for them to bring more coins! One at a time!

I was able to trade smoothly but one thing I have noticed is that, there seems to be no message that my order has been filled until I checked my account. Well, that's fine and I am sure that cryptomus will continue to improve their trading platform.  And I think soon enough, those that holds their token will be getting lesser fees.

The reference is the sentence in Transaction Status. The example above is 'In progress'. The 'Cancel' button within a few minutes indicates that the transaction information is still in Cryptomus and has not been forwarded to the blockchain network.

Cryptomus may need to change the sentence 'Successfully sent' if the status is 'In Progress' so as not to confuse users because there is also a 'Cancel' button.

What email? I don't think I got any! The last email I got from Cryptomus was about the trx fee changes! That's all...

It reminds me the starting of Binance and Kucoin. Theyvare big these days however good to see Cryptomus is stepping into the word. It still looks premature but if they can continue moving in the right direction, then traders may have another good options to add a new trading platform in their bookmark list.

I not only noticed it, but mistakenly, I pressed it once, and it did not ask for another confirmation like "Do you really want to cancel the transaction?" If it would ask for this confirmation, that would be more user-friendly as I was too tired and sleepy as well when I made the transaction and my fingers were on the mousepad, and I mistakenly clicked, and the cursor was on the cancel button, it canceled it, so I had to make another one.

I hope the team will add a confirmation option here.

In August, the exchange service did not work. There were more different coins for exchange in the list, but this function did not work.

Oh, I was unaware of this.

I don't think a second confirmation popup is necessary! Just as @DrBeer said, "it's only a pseudo-cancel transaction". So there is no harm in canceling and making the transaction again! Because the real transaction isn't added to the blockchain before the 2 minute delay. Technically, we can cancel it again and again (intentional or unintentional, doesn't matter), and there would be no effect! Making another one won't cost you anything!

I experienced the Bitcoin trading today I have two notes:
First: The price must be written manually and this is not good because the trader may sometimes make mistakes in writing the price, in other exchanges the price is written automatically by simply pressing the mouse on the price in the orders.
It would be better to modify this instead of the trader to write the price manually after implementing each order.

Second: There is no automatic refresh of the page, as the order was executed but the page remained without updating as you can see in the picture. The price exceeded the order price and despite that the page was not updated or notified of the order being executed. After manually refreshing the page, I found that the order was actually executed but without notification.



It is better to refresh the page automatically every few seconds and set an notification when the order is executed.

Is it only me that experiences this? I am moving my funds from personal to trading wallet and it asks me for a 2FA. After entering my 2FA from my authenticator, it is declining and tells an error

invalid code

and when I reenter the same correct code, it tells this

!This code has already been used, try a new one.
