View on fixing inappropriate and reposting posts after deleted by moderator

Hello house, I have experienced few of my posts being deleted in the forum as a case of inappropriate quotes such as shown below.
                       
So I needed to know if I am able to fix the post in order, if I can repost it again.
Information: If yes, I hope it won't be tagged spamming or plagiarism after moderator may have been aware of the post formally existed in the board?
I am actually interested to know about this because it feels efforts wasted when my posts are deleted while trying to contribute my opinion for in an ongoing discussions.

You do not need to repost your posts that a moderator has deleted. Just forget about it. Know that it is caused by low quality post or posting off topic which is not relevant. Learn more about the forum. Read more about how quality posters are posting and improve yourself.

Posts aren't deleted for no reason by moderators. Infact for you to get something as relatively hidden as a reply deleted then you definitely must have broken some rules that were just too obvious that members reported it multiple times till moderators deleted it.
Moderators hardly get hold of replies that are off topic because of numerous posts that come up in short periods of time that's why it's important for members to report low quality posts or posts like spams or plagiarism which go against the forum rules.

As for your deleted post you are free to repost in the same thread just make sure you are not breaking and rule and check if the whole topic was probably nuked too.

One thing I will tell you is that the moderators are kinda off diligent and a bit loose when it comes to deleting your posts, when members report your post which I am sure was what was done to your post and the moderators go ahead to delete that post then just know the the post in question is of low quality or even off thread. There is nothing you should do about it. You can still contribute to that same thread again but make sure you understand the thread you are posting on.

My advise is if your post keep getting deleted all the Time then there is need for you to go back and study the forum again to post better because only low quality posts or posts that breaks the rule of the forum gets deleted, if you don’t seek knowledge and continue with low quality posts and they repeatedly gets deleted it could even get you a temp ban if you continue

Reposting such a Post may result into commiting offense  against the Forum which could result into a ban if care not taken,  so you need to just move on and take the Post deleted as a warning and a pointer that your post have low quality of odd topics and you should stop posting in such format to avoid further post's deletion.


The easiest way to stay on topic and high quality is to read the comments of other members and also do a few research in other to have more information about the topic of discussion and make sure you contribute something different from what everyone has Said and add value to the discussions, doing so will not get you low quality scores and your post's won't get deleted.

If you know your contribution to the thread that you made your comment is on point, you did not wake up an old thread for no just reason, and you think your comment deserves to be reposted because it has vital information that's what it wants to pass, then I think you are free to repost it again in that thread, but first you need to check if there was something that you did wrong the first time that made the moderators delete your post.

Post deletion isn’t the only way a moderator gets to moderate inappropriate posts.

When you make a response in a thread and the response is seen as low quality or spam, it gets deleted. Reason been that, there is no place it would be moved to. You’re responding in the wrong thread and as such, it doesn’t belong anywhere else but, the trash.

When you create a thread and it’s perceived to be low quality or in the wrong board, it either gets deleted or moved to the right board. Moved in cases that the thread is seen to fit somewhere, on some board.

Now, your post got deleted, there isn’t a need in having to revamp the post again. If you must, we don’t hope to see the same words or content over again. It was deleted for a reason and revamping it would just undermine previous judgement.

When you make a response in a thread and the response is seen as low quality or spam, it gets deleted. Reason been that, there is no place it would be moved to. You’re responding in the wrong thread and as such, it doesn’t belong anywhere else but, the trash.

A post can be deleted by two possible reasons.

• It is zero-quality and deserves to be trashed. In this case, the forum user will receive a PM about the deleted post.
• It belongs to a zero-quality topic that was trashed by moderator. It means, in this case, the moderator did not delete any single post in that thread, but use a Topic delete button, and delete all the thread at the same time, includes that post. In this case, the user will not receive a PM about deletion.

Since this post is on local board where there's a moderator on there, it's better to PM the local moderator or create a topic in your local board because I think he's high likely the one who delete your post.

Although your post is full of blabbing, but usually this kind post won't be deleted in global board. Different moderators different standards.

Igebotz is the moderator of our local board, you can dm him for an explanation, he usually responds to his dms. There is no need to repost on the thread unless you have new information you want to share that will be helpful to the OP. I read the post you’re referring to, it wasn’t adding to the discussion and could have been deleted for being off-topic or low quality.

If you're giving your opinion on a subject matter and your post is deleted, there's no point messaging the moderator regarding it because it's mostly when a post is viewed as spam or off topic that it could be deleted. As a newbie that's at the growth stage in the forum, a lot of the things you will post or reply to gets scrutinized and if they are not of quality, you might see more of your post being deleted. Trying to get the attention of the moderator might attract an attention to yourself and if you continue in that form you could end up being tagged as a spammer. When you notice that your post are being deleted, it should remind you that you need to work on the quality of your post so instead of making a case out of it, it's just best to put effort in improving the quality of your post.

The board moderators are somehow strict in terms of taking out post that are of low quality off the main board to off topic and if yours can't be taken to off topic because it's a reply, he will be left with no option than deleting it entirely. The only point where I feel it will be okay to message a moderator should be that you needed your doubt to be cleared in a particular subject and asked a question or shared an information that's going to be of benefit to the Board members and it ended up being deleted, if it's with regard to that, you can dm him for clarification but creating a separate thread about same matter wouldn't solve the problem.

In doing this, you're actually complicating the matter again, because the post was deleted and you're trying to bring it back to life, what if you did not receive a message notifying you of the deleted post, whereby you cant claim or see the post anymore after being deleted.

Another thing i expect from you is to know the reason on why the post was first deleted, maybe you're spamming, or posting on what had been discussed already, if everyone does the same as you have thought, then there may not be any reason for all of us to have our post deleted since we can resurrect it, it will be better you don't start or do it at all.

If you really want to reply in the same thread, then write a new constructive post that brings value to the thread. I hope moderators will not delete it again. Repost means you are trying to copy paste with little change, which would be deleted again, and you might get a temporary ban if moderators think in any case. You should know when a post gets deleted, usually when your post is reported by other users or moderators who noticed your post himself and consider it spam or inappropriate. So if you repeat it, it means trying to break the forum rules, which is punishable. So avoiding repost is better practice.

Thank you so much but I don't think it was a cause of low quality or off topic as thought but I think it was a cause of inappropriate quoting of the post I responded to.

I was amused because I remembered that there were two or three times in the past that I had my posts deleted by moderators and I reposted them without getting them deleted that second time, but I never did it by posting exactly the same thing. If you re-upload the exact same post you are playing with fire, as has already been pointed out, and if it has been deleted for a broken quote hilarious has already explained.

Reputable exchanges does not foster spreading only services featuring their users comforts like the organization are not in operation of profiting. So may tend to convince users like they are even running charity services just to make sure they attracts the audience and only greedy minded people would accept that false speculation because they want platforms that would offer free services without undermining reputations.
Visiting of comment reviews in the sites commendation boards, figuring the regulatory status quo, ability to research and finding out the exchange websites is encoded and encrypted in Https services are tendencies to understand if an exchange is genuine or not. Some transparent about their official services with no hidden factors.

I thought it could not be a reason for mods to delete a post. Many posts on the forum have inappropriate quotes and sometimes pyramid quotes, which still exist. If the post has pyramid quotes, mods may delete it because it is mentioned in the unofficial rules thread. Honestly, I haven't seen mods deleting posts for inappropriate quotes yet. It's probably because we never ask, and they never say why they deleted it.

Maybe he is wondering if there is something like self-plagiarism. He is probably wondering if he will be able to copy-paste his posts or not. @OP, you can repost if you are the main author. But do not post it if it was deleted because of a rules violation.

Thank you so much. I think you got the points of my views right as the posts were deleted not as a cases of spamming, plagiarism not even due to low quality posts because literally because the quotes were broken inappropriate. I appreciates your efforts.

I thought it could not be a reason for mods to delete a post. Many posts on the forum have inappropriate quotes and sometimes pyramid quotes, which still exist. It's probably because we never ask, and they never say why they deleted it.

Those are yet to be reported so it isn't been deleted yet, we can see those kinds of quoting usually in gambling boards but people don't really care much about the quality while posting there and also readers either accept them or don't read at all so it's not on the priority of users to report those posts compared to real spam/off topic contents.

But those users have to change their posting behaviors, quoting unnecessarily every other previous post(s) such as pyramid/nested quoting.
