So it is safe to say that your account has been locked, since you cannot withdraw, deposit or do anything at all and when you contacted support, they didn't give you any reason why your account was locked and asked you to complete KYC, which you did. But you cannot still withdraw.

I would like to know, was your account restricted immediately after a big win which you tried to withdraw? Because that is something i noticed that a lot of casinos do these days. Please be more clear. How did it go down?
What was your deposit and how much of the deposit did you wager in those 3 dice rolls. If you deposit like 100k,, make 3 dice rolls of 33.33k on 1.01 and then try to withdraw of course the alarm bells go off because it 10000% looks like money laundry.
Also if you didn't even wager the deposit you can't withdraw anyway. Also, it looks very suspicious to deposit a high amount and trying to withdraw after 3 dice rolls that take like 10 seconds.

we had a bet for 30k$ on the topic that if i play in a casino, i'll get "ludomania" and i'll play in a casino every day
after these words i went and made a deposit through exch.cx (43 eth, around 90k), put the money on stake, and went and played 3 dice for 10k$, won all 3 (i made the weakest bet, but in any case it was a stupid bet that i won), and after that the next day i tried to withdraw the money, and they asked me to go through levels 1-4, i went through them in a few months while i was busy with family problems (i didn't use fake documents or anything like that), and after that in January i got a modest "wait".

im not really lying, because if I was lied or I ever know that I need to wager full sum, I won't say anything about that, but it is how it is.

no regrets since I won 30k bet but feel very weird because stake keep holding my money :/

2) Why took longer - because stake refused to accept lvl3/lvl4, and asked me to provide for 3 months bills+payments, and after I did provide 3 months they asked for 6 months bills.
They asked me to see my 6 months of my proof of funds, and also where I live and other things.

Give casinoguru some time as they are trying to examine the issue as per the status of your complaint over there. They should be able to get back to you in roughly 4 days. Their “silence” means that they haven't yet got the answers they seek.

Of course it's not normal but annoying to wait that long for a final solution. They should just reopen your account, give you the chance to complete the 1x rollover and then let you withdraw. All that of course if you didn't violate any other rules we haven't heard about yet.

That's what I went thru also, they requested 3 month bank statement, then they asked for another 3 months and asked then for bank statement where my income proof shows as received by the bank and asked for 6 month pay slip from my employee and after all that they requested stamped documents not pdf it was a pain to get all those due to I work as remote agent after couple months I was able to get all mailed in and then they asked for live video showing me login to my wallet and show the original transactions of deposits that I made. I did all that and finally after 3 days of sending this last video I was able to withdrawal but account was closed after withdrawal.

It was a long process so I understand OP because this stuff takes time to get specially the stamped documents as they were not accepting original pdf files from employer and bank statement.

The guy who helped was Jason from safety team and he was as very patient and very straight forward if it wasn't for him I would still be dealing with auto replies from stake support.

What mistake have you made precisely? I disagree with the "red flags all over the place" narrative. If there was something wrong or suspicious with your deposit they should have just refused it and sent it back to you before locking your account like any honest or regulated casino would do. Because what would have happened if you had lost your funds instead of winning? They would have asked you a KYC for putting your funds in their pocket? I have never seen this case till now, surprisingly... So they don't care taking so called suspicious funds, but they care sending back them to their legit owner? Dubious behavior at least.
