my story is pretty stupid, but I'll tell it anyway

i don't play in casinos, in general, i don't get any feelings when gambling etc.
we had a bet for 30k$ on the topic that if i play in a casino, i'll get "ludomania" and i'll play in a casino every day
after these words i went and made a deposit through exch.cx (43 eth, around 90k), put the money on stake, and went and played 3 dice for 10k$, won all 3 (i made the weakest bet, but in any case it was a stupid bet that i won), and after that the next day i tried to withdraw the money, and they asked me to go through levels 1-4, i went through them in a few months while i was busy with family problems (i didn't use fake documents or anything like that), and after that in January i got a modest "wait".

im not really lying, because if I was lied or I ever know that I need to wager full sum, I won't say anything about that, but it is how it is.

no regrets since I won 30k bet but feel very weird because stake keep holding my money :/

Sorry about your experience OP but there have never been a smoke without fire. Stake is a well known casino in the gambling industry and on this platform. They have track records and are up and doing, currently running a campaign which has been on for years and counting.

Isn't there away of converting your ETH to USDT. I think I remember some casinos that had some form of internal exchange. It must be so annoying watching the value of ETH go down yet there's nothing you can do.

I can see that he is already aware of this case, but he does not have contact with Stake, and Efialtis did not respond to his post. So, I would request holydarkness to look at this case again and try to contact Stake if possible, or maybe bother efialtis privately to check this case.

The guy already completed the KYC and he has been waiting for a couple of months already. This should not take that long. I know all of you guys are too busy, but this guy is losing a lot due to market fluctuation.
