Have you ever tried to talk with Carolzinha about it? Since you have been doing this for a while now, I think they should know you better than before and might share a contact of their staffs. Carolzinha has Telegram account, you can reach her if you want. About efi, yeah, I also believe he got the notification. But if he choose not to respond, we should not bother him.
Yes, tried her too when I am still still trying to exhaust any way I can to get ahold of one of the staff at Stake so I could discuss matters more thoroughly and at least get an understanding of what is happening or on what phase is the cases on, although not directly. Rather, through someone on the forum who is in touch with her.
They come back with a reassurance that Stake already have staff that forward things to their team. I personally think the message was loud and clear, and I should recognize a refusal to be "helped", so I stopped looking for contacts and helped the best way I can without any means of contact: by fumbling in the dark and guessing what happened from Stake's side, and help the players to plan their next move of resolution based from the situation.
