Should you separate either of these from themselves, you would find out that, you are limited in a vital area.

In our everyday society, you’ll find graduates haven’t completed their studies in various schools of learning, seeking out these skills to enable them stand out in the labour market. Should employment opportunities present themselves, you wouldn’t find employers of labour having to favour those that are limited in one.

However, it is important that if you can’t get them both, you should at least get one. Skill is equally as important as being schooled.

Someone who has attended college and earned a degree can command greater respect, especially if they find a job that aligns with their degree. I believe those with degrees certainly possess skills relevant to their field. It would be ridiculous to have a degree if their skills were zero.

You're right; starting a business doesn't require a degree. Furthermore, many people have been successful in business without degrees. However, in this case, it's skills that contribute to their success. So, don't feel like you don't have a chance of success without a degree. Having a degree doesn't guarantee success, but it can help you find a more suitable job.
Not everyone who has a degree and goes to school has skills, I can argue against that because I have seen it several times firsthand, In my opinion skills come from experience, although legality or a degree is indeed very important to be able to get a job.

If asked which is more important between skills and school, of course, I think skills are much more important to be able to get a job because we don't have to rely on others to find work, In fact with skills we can create our own jobs, such as starting a business or other ventures.

Regarding the respect that will be gained, I don't think it can be obtained from skills or school. Respect is earned if we have a good job and a high income.
A degree alone doesn’t make someone capable or skilled it is rather the experience and practical that someone has are what really count. Skills give the freedom to create your own opportunities, start a business, or handle real world problems.
School just opens doors, but it’s what you do with your skills that matters. Respect comes from achievements, consistency, and how you carry yourself, not from certificates or degrees. It’s results that speak the loudest.

The fact is, most schools can't provide all their graduates with the necessary skills. But the key point of school is that it can equip you with social skills, build friendships, and improve your mindset. I still prioritize skills over school. These three skills can actually be acquired anywhere. But for networking, school/campus is the best place because there you'll form a common bond with fellow students. If you can achieve that through your abilities, school becomes irrelevant. Many people drop out of school but become successful because they have the right talent and network.

Furthermore, formal education in some countries, including the one I live in now, is no longer the only thing that can guarantee every student's success in any field. Because students with mediocre intelligence are easily outmatched by those with specialized skills and the resources to achieve their dreams of greater success. This means that the benchmark of education today is no longer seeking success, but rather merely seeking friends and general knowledge that often goes unused in daily life after graduation.

yes that all schools are not like that in fact, most of them only run the usual education system to understand the general things that are known, this is because there is no awareness from the educators themselves and the system of education standards from the education center, the lack of quality teachers can be a problem that skills cannot go hand in hand with the education they run, We are only told to read, memorize and calculate without knowing the purpose of what we are learning, as long as I go to school from the lowest level to high school from every lesson that is required the teacher does not explain the purpose and purpose and cause and effect because most educators only convey what is in the book, therefore most schools fail, especially public schools.

Success is subjective and can come from anywhere, there are many ways to achieve it.

Exactly the point both school and skills are important. You can acquire a skill and that doesn’t stop you from furthering your education,it’s even advisable to learn and gain mastery of a skill before being admitted into the higher institution, because it would help you meet up your needs as a student .The society we are no longer regard quacks, you have to become a certified professional before the society would accept and regard you.For instance,we have road side engineers that didn’t acquire formal education and we have the certified engineers that attained a formal education and degree, but in most cases those quack engineers might be more experienced than the certified engineers but as a result of lack of formal education their personality may not be recognized, that’s why it’s crucial to backup your skills with a formal education.

There ability to scale through after dropping out of school is never to conflict our interest on the ability of getting the desired knowledge on schools but because they where operating under educational path without the desired capital to achieve there dreams and where faced with know option than to push without giving up on there dreams. Educations they say provides the primary  knowledge required to achieve once desired dreams but never the dream finder itself, someone without dreams may spend years in the system and come out with nothing all because he never had a goal to work up to.
