Women and money management

Here at home, we share management responsibilities. My wife has good financial skills, but not much in terms of investments, but that is due to the lack of time to study the subject. In her case, there are other priorities. Here in Brazil, the number of women interested in investing in the stock market and cryptocurrencies is increasing. Women tend to be more cautious and goal-oriented investors, and they are like that in life too. We men have a lot to learn from them.

In terms of money management, women do have their own way, especially if they are housewives who are used to managing household finances. It's not that men can't, but in a household, it's usually the man who will earn money and the woman will manage the household finances.

It's not uncommon for them to work, but what I see in my environment is that women are more at home. In a household, they have to be very smart in dividing finances for needs, it will really help their husbands too, and that's actually how it should be so that everything can be arranged neatly.

Unfortunately, nowadays thinking like this is called sexism. Women should work, yes, if they want to, they are free to do so. But in a family, the woman takes care of the house and the man provides, at least that is how it should be according to what I believe (I respect everyone's freedom, but I have my beliefs). It does not mean that she is less important, and as you said, when it comes to managing the house, including the finances related to it, no one is better than the woman/wife for that. I trust 100% in leaving the finances in the hands of my wife, I earn and she manages!

Indeed, some people believe that women are better off staying at home, but it cannot be denied that now it is women who are actually demanding their husbands to work. In my opinion, that is not a problem as long as the husband and wife can discuss it well, don't let it invite bigger problems.

However, some wives who work usually do so because of the increasing needs while the income is not that big, so they decide to work, in other words they do it because of the circumstances. I think if the husband can have a decent income, then the wife will be happy to be at home, although not all are like that.

Now women are not behind in anything, they have started to improve in everything by acquiring their knowledge and skills. In fact, these are our misconceptions that women cannot take risks like men, women can also take risks like men and they can also achieve success like men. In fact, our problem is that we always look down on women and never look up to them. A woman can now be a magistrate, a woman can run the country and can be connected to different places in the workplace. A woman who can be a magistrate, can be connected to different government jobs and can run the country, that woman will definitely be able to increase her financial wealth and be prepared to take any risk. I never look down on women because women also play a very important role for a country.

I think you are going too far, the main discussion we are talking us not about to build wealth but just management of money. If we have two siblings,  a boy and a giving who earns the same amount in the same place of work, it is possible for the woman to manage her own very well and its still eve remains after the month ends but as for the man even before the middle of the month he may have even spend all maybe because so much responsibilities or social life or on other projects.

If we are talking about growing money, taking risk to  make wealth men can go to any length to make money.

Its already that dated kind of belief that women should be staying at home and we've seen our society is already having these women have made out jobs that on which males are doing. We've been able to see that there are those women do excels much more better than men on certain sports,industries,innovation, management etc... which simply shows that women are capable enough too. When it comes to money management they i can say that they are much more better than men when it comes to budgeting because they arent that liking on spending into those things on which arent supposed to be included on. Me myself would definitely say that i do rather trust up my wife on having that management rather than the budget will be at on my own because im not that good when it comes to that because of having no idea about the expenditures on which our household does have. The main job of mine is to provide and the rest will be that handled by her on which i do have that trust when it comes to management. Everything went smooth and there are not problems since everything is being piled up and put up in priority on which it is that much more better management. There are just that those people who cant just that trust up their wives or there are those couples who do wanted out that they are both the ones will be making out some budget on which this isnt that bad either because you do have that proper thinking when two heads are working.

one thing that we should be aware is that when it comes to the issue of handling money between a man and women what we all should know is that women has less responsibilities compared to their men counterpart because as a man you have your family looking up to you including extended family friends including your personal problems but one thing that I have seen is that some women don't even spend their personal money because they have not friends or husband who are there to spend for them and these are natural phenomenon so we can't compare because as a man we are always under pressure from our family and even the society because it's seen that it is only the man that will spend for the woman

Women are much better at managing finances and they are much more able to save than men. I have seen firsthand how my wife can manage her finances well for daily needs and the money I give her can always be put to good use. But when it comes to investing, there is a little concern for women because they tend to choose much safer assets such as gold and they don't want to take big risks with something that is risky.

As we all know and maybe women prefer something safe compared to risky assets. They tend to choose gold for investment matters and generally that is the choice of most women, although a small number of women are also involved in crypto investment now.

It all depends on the woman, how much she wants to get involved in financial matters. Most often, it turns out that a woman counts on her man, and does not try to understand finances, partly because finances are not as simple as it seems. Women with a good education are more likely to get involved in financial matters and earnings, but in my observations this is a rather rare phenomenon, the husband is the breadwinner, the wife looks after the order at home, sometimes the wife helps her husband if they are engaged in a common business, but still the man is much more often in charge of financial affairs.

Actually, management science can not only be applied in companies but also in households, because it is only right that the wife controls household finances, but the wife must also learn to manage finances well, don't let her become wasteful and spend all the money on unimportant things, this is what will cause problems in the household.

Whatever they buy, if not for me, is for my child or for the whole family. If we found even a small flaw in this matter, it becomes a debate because it is quite difficult for women to earn money. If we look at other thing women work hard and earn money in factory and other common places to improve their home system. Or if we look at an education girl she earn money in a good place through education but it is difficult for her too.There a lot to juggle between work caring for kids and relatives and manage the household budget among other demands. Even in marriage where spouses earn about the same amount of money on average women do more housework and caregiving than men do. At present earn money has become very difficult because some people are lucky enough to get such a job and some people are lucky enough to get a job and earn so much money from it they become success by doing it.

In my country, most women are highly conservative with money and does not live lavished lifestyle when they have to be the one paying the bills but when the bills are coming from the opposite gender, they love spending the money as a hobby. This does not apply to all women though but majority of the younger generation have this mindset that the money from men are to be spent while their money is to be saved. This however is mainly when there is some form of relationship between them and not in business. For business related matters, women are better managers here because they will treat business money the same way they will treat their money. They are perfect at cutting down cost and optimizing processes.

That has become the image of women where they use more feelings, while men will use more logic in doing something.

And as it women are all around the trend of making money, it's an improvement and we have to support them because that is what men do they support women, and since there interest have changed they will be able to do wonders with financial knowledge.

And even in government offices women are doing exceptionally well and there is no way that there fellow women will not be encouraged with how they are improving there self seriously. And even when it comes to risk they are ready to take more risk than what we think.
