I prefer bitcoin because to me it is much easier to understand.

One of the big problems with stocks is there are too many of them to choose from.
I don't have time to research dozens or hundreds of different companies.

With bitcoin you only have to study and understand one thing - bitcoin.
You don't have to trust people to run bitcoin properly because no one runs it and no one controls it.

A company can seem great one day and the next day turns into something completely different because the new CEO
is incompetent or corrupt. Take Boeing and Tesla. When Boeing started to sacrifice safety for profits
it caused a disaster, the stock plummeted and may never recover. With Tesla the CEO running the company is a bipolar, unpredictable nutcase.

But with bitcoin you always know what you are getting. The fundamentals of bitcoin always stay the same,
not constantly shifting as they tend to do with organizations and companies that are run by humans.

In that sense stocks are similar to altcoins aka shitcoins. Both had an IPO or ICO, both are run by humans who often do shady things
such as insider trading, falsifying and manipulating their books, pumping and dumping, paying off politicians, etc.

With Trump and his crazy tariff nonsense, things just seem to be getting and worse and worse for the stock market.

I will definitely pick Bitcoin, due to it's profit maximization potentials, and it's ability to give me full control over my asset, which is literally not the same when it comes to stock, as it's been controlled by it's individual parents companies e.g Apple, Google or Microsoft shock.

I'm not very knowledgeable about stock trading, so I prefer Bitcoin. Even with Bitcoin, I don't do day trading. I just buy and hold, simple as that. Since I’ve already experienced and proven that it’s profitable for me, it would be foolish to switch from Bitcoin to stocks.

I’d go with Bitcoin over stocks. Yeah stocks offer stability and dividends but Bitcoin’s potential for growth and decentralisation makes it more appealing to me. It’s a hedge against traditional markets and inflation plus the continuous innovation in blockchain technology keeps the space dynamic and exciting. The long-term potential of Bitcoin as digital gold and a store of value outweighs the relatively predictable nature of stocks.

Besides that, it holds value, it is decentralized and above all it makes me my own bank.

I doubt that you will get an answer that is not bitcoin in a forum dedicated exactly to bitcoin. But the simple reason here is that stocks are difficult to buy and sell and you often need a third party to do the buying and the selling for you compared to with bitcoin where you can do it anywhere and anytime since the market does not close. There is no centralized authority holding your money and you control everything that is yours.

We are on the bitcoin forum and you even ask question on the bitcoin board, I don't think anyone would come in here and say they choose and are investing in stocks, not bitcoin.

Furthermore , the stock market that is said to have the best returns is the US  market, which  means that not many people here have access to the US stock market. That's also one of the reasons we choose bitcoin over stocks.

But honestly ,  if I had the opportunity to get exposed to the US stock market sooner. I will choose and invest in it, it is the safest financial market and brings  the best profit.

You obviously get a bias answer here since all people here use Bitcoin so for sure everyone would prefer that coin over stocks.

But if you ask this question on neutral platforms then provably that you will get a valid inputs and not some biases towards certain things you asked here. We provably know how good Bitcoin is that's why I choose to invest with it.

I don't do any stocks its because I have less knowledge about it and not confident so far to participate on investment activities in that area.

Not a bias but for me bitcoin is more exciting to invest with. Ive tried local stocks in our country and the trading volume is quite low, even the top rating memecoin got a higher volume compared to a blue chip stock. So stocks cant be comparable to bitcoin, in terms of trading aspect. Maybe good to buy stocks for those bluechips that carries dividend but still crypto volatility is much appreciated if youre going to play buy and sell.

Of course all the responses will be bitcoin preferably but then what do you think is best comparing stocks to bitcoin? the advantages of bitcoin is as good as the advantage of stocks but then bitcoin seems not to centralised as stocks not taxed in some countries and not banned nor regulated much in other countries so definitely I will choose bitcoin over stock.

There is no need to explain that long but with the history of most stocks, they don't move how Bitcoin moves. The greater the volatility that Bitcoin has, the better.

It gives BTC more advantage for some reasons if a commoner wants his money to have a better gain percentage for long term.

Any answer you get will be subjective.  You can not ask this question objectively, so keep this in mind.

I presume over 95 percent of us here would pick Bitcoin any day over stocks.  The rest of 5 percent are lurkers who only browse this Forum to spread really unnecessary and naive FUD about Bitcoin.  And even about them I have my own doubts that they truly hate Bitcoin.

My choice is obviously Bitcoin.  The reason is very simple, I have all control over it, it is promising and it is very volatile.  I love the combination of these three, they make for a happy roller coaster for me.  Stocks are usually slow for money making too.  Bitcoin can raise you to another level quickly if you handle the emotions well.

Stocks seems more complicated for me, and it could be more expensive than bitcoin when talking about investment capital, so I am not fit for it. However, with regards to bitcoin, it’s easier to understand its basics, and I’m doing good at it so I’ll stick with it. And having this DCA is a plus factor. I don’t have to worry putting a small amount as long as I can DCA regularly, it will definitely become massive in the long run.

For the sake that this thread is going to boil down to an economy discussion, I think economy board would suit their better.
Nevertheless, I know many people here will due to adhering to speculations of bitcoin and then say they prefers bitcoin to stock.
I have under gone a research and found that lot of bitcoin investors only invest here for future investments purposes while they primarily hold and hedge to sustain living in the meantime on the stocks.
Acknowledging that reckless expenditures are threats to ruin financial reliance in the future, it is at least necessary to sustain a living for now while strives on what the future may have.
So if you have me the stock and bitcoin to make an option, I will go for the stock because I need to sustain life in the short or meantime with my stocks income and since investing on bitcoin takes mile (long time) before we can earn profits, I see it to be a risk to life it we go for it while having a life in need in short times.
Perhaps bitcoin can only be a defensive for a long term when the economy system has badly affected and not for a short time and in a controversial, life is a daily base in need of funds which only Short time as the stock can provide while bitcoin is a project to solve future needs.

I'm in the same thought but I am studying the stocks that I'd probably buy in the future with the profit that I might come up with Bitcoin.

But it's a fact that understanding Bitcoin is easier, and there is no need to look up and monitor the performance of the mother company of it. Although, about looking at the market. It is teaching us to be aware of it and makes us look at it from time to time.

Collecting as they say or for us DCA isn't too complicated at all and it doesn't require us that much to have.
