Note that it is the Trump spirit of things that is doing this, not necessarily Trump. Trump, himself, will come to an end. The Trump spirit will not.

Even if a Democrat becomes president, things will never go back to the former order because Trump has altered the world economic order. European Union and other economic allies have started seeking for alternatives to US partnerships. Many former US trade partners might be forced to mend relationship with China.

However, if the people like the Trump results, they will find ways to keep it going. After all, the corrupt leaders are only people, and there have been rebellions by the people as far back in history as you can reach.

The US as a country - the people - have a big advantage. it's call common law. Common law overrides statute law, and the people are slowly finding out how to use it (You Are Law). When more of the people find out, they will knock the socks off big business, and even Trump government if necessary.

Note that common law is not only what the law dictionaries say it is. Rather, it is local law among a group of people. People simply need to learn how they can depose dictatorial judges when necessary. This can be done with a grand jury of people who witness illegal or unconscionable judicial actions in court.

Lol When you want to cause a change, you need someone who is daring. Someone who want to close his ears from the harsh criticism from opposition and continue with that agenda to achieve the goal you want to reach to. Trump won the vote of the people and I believe majority are still with him. We don't expect every of Trump policy to be a favourable one, it may be the harsh reality of the American economy.

t really is a crazy rollercoaster with Trump pausing tariffs and then reinstating them. This stop start approach creates market uncertainty that's hard for businesses to navigate. When policies swing back and forth like this, it's difficult for companies to make long term plans or investments, which ultimately affects the broader economy.

MEDIA is mostly to blame, for not actually listening to announcements and just printing shock clickbait

trump has announced tariffs and a later implementation date., no one but media has said these things are set in stone. they have always been up for negotiation, trump was clear that tariffs are not suppose to be a set in stone amount just to take money in.. they were and are a negotiation tool

trump has a list of negotiation meetings with upto 75 willing countries already and each negotiation takes time so he has been fair to delay the implementation of new level tariffs so countries have time to negotiate

only media are the ones that are trying to set a imaginary picture that trump is setting things in stone with no warning

videogame analogy
it was not a pause(EG already in-play of new level then stopped mid game). it was a delay in implementation(still at loading screen, intro, of new level) where the game gas been allowed more loading screen time to render a better detailed gameplay

I dont know what you mean by great again since there has never been a time the US isn't great enough. The economy can be looking wavy as  before it was typically a land full of diverse opportunities. Now, there are limited jobs not until Trump came with lots of jobs aside that cost of rent, bills things are not really as easy as it was for the citizens. Though, you cannot compare how they suffer to other countries especially some part of Aisa and Africans continents. The tortures is 20 times what they citizens in the US are facing.

Can Trump make the USA great again by his tariff policy?
Yes. Tariffs are extortion. Tariffs are theft. Tariffs are slavery. If Trump negotiates the elimination of tariffs, that would help to make America great.

The problem with trying to get a wrong of taxation by tariff to make a right of supporting a manufacturer is that there are unintended consequences. For starters, you might only be helping a single person, a wealthy factory owner, increase profits. And of course you are helping the one person who clearly doesn't need any help.

Of course China's tariffs against the USA seem to actually be less than 5%, so what Trump is actually trying to do is adjust trade deficits and not tariffs, by getting manufacturing investments into the USA. That is another can of worms entirely.

Tariffs as protectionism are about elites helping elites, with some theoretic additional benefit of money possibly trickling down from the ultra-wealthy to the middle class. Personally if I were to try to help someone I'd focus on people who are not billionaires as the people to help.

Some Democrats in Congress suspect that Trump or his officials are using the information on the tariff to engage in insider trading or market manipulation. There is no concrete information about this claim, but nothing is impossible. Greedy politicians can do anything for money and don't care about the effect of these inconsistent policies on individuals and businesses.

I read the news but it's just accusations from Democrats, who never supported President Trump. What they did was to take advantage of every loophole in him to smear and accuse him with the aim of winning over voters to prepare for the upcoming election, nothing more.

Politicians are greedy by nature, the Biden administration or any elected Democratic candidate will be greedy. The difference between them is that each person will have a different way of corruption.

This might be another smear campaign but I have a strong feeling that someone inside or close to the White House is taking advantage of these inconsistent trade policies to make profit.

Trump exhibited such an attitude when he announced different cryptocurrencies that would make up the US reserved and intentionally or unintentionally skipped Bitcoin. This made the price of the mentioned coins to skyrocket. I am sure some insiders benefitted from this "oversight".

Let's wait and see the outcome of the investigation.

Can Trump make the USA great again by his tariff policy?

Trump may have good interest for US and might be genuinely interested in making US better but his current playing with tariff is stupid. He could just convey what he expects and give a time period to either accept the deal or reject it but he chooses to play like a cat plays with a mouse. Announcing tariffs, pausing it and announcing again. As if his economic advisor comprise of teens. Surely many nations are exploiting preferential treatment from US but on that sole reasoning, blanket tariff on every country and every product could isolate US in long term. The most stupid assumption is considering trade deficit as tariff on US, which is not. The free market would always finds its way for cheaper and better goods.

Trump can make the US great again but I don't think it will be through tariffs and making the global market to go panicking.
I think Trump's plan is to make the market falls so that Americans can regain the freedom from China by buying at the dip for more profits for the Americans. Now that everything has fallen, small traders can mow but the US stocks and also invest in other financial markets without getting too panicked of buying at the top. The price of Bitcoin is going down soon which is another opportunity for crypto investors and traders to make money but I know it's not going to exceed 70k.

This is a wrong move by Trump. As a result, he suspended it for the next 90 days, but the tariffs on Chinese goods are still in force. Additional tariffs will reduce the supply of goods from other countries in the US market and there is a fear of further price increases. The production system in other countries of the world will be disrupted, a large number of workers will lose their jobs. Inflation will increase and the number of poor people in the world will increase. This is a disturbing decision. It is never possible to make the United States great like this. They should avoid wars and walk on the road of peace and be kind to every citizen of the world. Because America is a proud and powerful country in the world. They should have a positive partnership with the world to show them respect.

2 days later and we can tell that most likely not considering how us stocks went spiraling down and trump was forced to put a pause on his policy with how bad the market was looking like

he would be adjusting the percentages per country so maybe the next time around it will be better imposed

Things like stocks are based in a system of corruption. Stock movement is based on what people think, and mostly how they feel. What will Trump be able to do? If he can remove the corruption... stocks have to fall just to get rid of the corruption. Ignorant people don't understand this, so they act like they like the corruption.

If Trump can do it (get rid of corruption), the people will like the decency, goodness, honesty that follows a whole lot more. They simply don't know it at this point.
