Having a steady job (employment like white collar jobs) to me this days is like been enslaved and only work according to the rule set aside by someone. You don’t have your own free time and you’re always been directed on when to rest, when to work and when to sleep. Having your own time and space is the best thing and that can only be achieved by having multiple sources of income, which is by having a business of your own where you are the boss of your own and can make decisions at the time you wish to. I will go for business over and over again because I enjoy being free and making my own decisions by myself.

Well if you ask everybody about having a job and owning a business which one is more important, you will notice that owning a business will be a preferable to job, because job deals with a fixed salary why business profit  is unmeasurable because it deal with the capacity of your product. So the higher your production in your business, the higher the ptofit generated. Although in job there are also se time people get promoted in there place of work, but can not be compared with profit made by a self employed business. For example, when there was a situation like some time ago where a pandemic occurred which caused many businesses to go bankrupt because they didn't have the capital to help when there was a loss or sales decreased drastically.

We must understand things like this before actually running a business. Reckless, yes, that's not wrong, but we also have to know what the risks are, especially if we dare to build a business with borrowed money, for example.

Only the first hand supplier won't broke because they have the biggest business and cheapest product, also the important thing, the product must be daily needs. Big business who create product about foods and drinks won't bankrupt, people will always need to eat and drink despite how bad the situation is.

Unfortunately, second hand supplier or lower must able to make adaption, otherwise they might going to bankrupt.

Yes, that may be true, but the problem is that it will be very difficult to open a business as a first-hand supplier, because usually if it is like that, there is already cooperation between them so it is difficult to shift that position. unless we have a new product, better advantages, but here we will find another problem. Because we also have to have a big name first so that people believe in our quality.

Now we can see, the same item will have a different price depending on who sells it. Well, something like this will not be possible to achieve in one or two years, because building a big name will require a long process.

exactly right, like capital of course that is an obstacle when we are going to start a business ourselves, even though we have capital of course we have to have twice as much when starting our own business, that is true what you said because it is possible to fail when starting the first business, and that is a challenge that must be thought about when establishing your own business and there are many more things that must be prepared in order to mature when running it.

Most of the time, they just say "if you do not have 1 year of worth expenses, don't start a business". That is actually correct, because if you do not have it, and then you do not have revenue then you are going to end up bankrupting. If you need revenue on your first year to survive, it is going to be very very tough, you are going to end up with trouble.

But, if you have money on the, enough that you could literally make zero dollars revenue on your first year, you still can survive, that means you are going to be fine. Obviously you will not end up with zero, no matter what business you are in, if you "work" for a year, and not be lazy, then you will make some money, but it is better to be ready and not need it, then need it and not be ready for it.

I can share my experience as I tried both full-time and part-time jobs, then launched a business alongside my paid job. I then quit my paid job and devoted myself to my business.
The story began when I began to get bored from my full-time job due to the daily routine and the fact that the work schedule didn't allow me to pursue any other activities, including my hobbies. After few years, I switched to part-time at half-salary, but I later discovered that this would be pointless if I couldn't generate additional income from any other activity. I had previous experience in the food elements and spice trade, so I took the risk and opened my own store alongside my job. After the project flourished, I decided to completely abandon my part-time job to devote myself fully to my project. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic struck and caused me significant losses, making it impossible to continue working in my store. I was forced to close it, and I remained without a permanent job for a long time.

While employers have the right to put this kind of raise for the salary. But if it's the law that tells them to do, they can't do anything against it. Depends on the times and the real wage. We are currently living in times where the real wage is terrible, even in very developed countries. You are being cheated through massive inflation which is under reported, and pay raises are very low that they are often negative in terms of real purchasing power. A pay raise that matches the official inflation numbers is actually a real net wage reduction.

That being said, in the current times it is definitely better to take on more risk and start your own business. The internet has opened many new avenues through which one can start some sort of business outside of work hours, and continue building it up until it is ready to become your full time occupation. This itself massively reduces the risk that one has to accept when undertaking this venture.

Every job has risks, but I don't really understand what risks you mean above. Having a permanent job and receiving a fixed salary every month is something that many people want the most, it is a comfort zone that they say can guarantee the future. I agree with that perception if they get a high salary, but when they receive a salary that is only enough to meet their needs, then it is not the most desirable job.

I don't find many employees who are truly successful in becoming rich just because of their permanent job. They will never be able to become rich if there is only one source of income, but if they have more than one source of income, then the opportunity to become rich will be there. However, if I was asked to choose one of two options, then I would definitely choose to be a businessman rather than having a permanent job that only pays enough to meet the needs of life for a few days when the world is fighting inflation.

Yes, it is necessary to try in establishing  business. From my perspective and what I'm doing currently it's no other thing than running my own business because of the tribe I'm coming from, one remarkable thing they're used to know my tribe is their success in trade, my tribe are one of the most successful people in my country when it comes to running of businesses, therefore when you talk about business and work/job, I will always choose business over work, because of the freedom that comes from it and energy and experiences you've gathered in life will be channelled into my business. If you have no business foundation and you have no money or investors I think a steady job is a good choice because it is safer. Running a business with the intention of learning and failing in the process is a privilege for those who have large capital. If you are an ordinary person then one failure in business makes you lose money and the opportunity to build another business. But I still say the importance of starting a business. You can do business as a side job. You can set aside your salary for daily needs and learn to do business. Don't leave your steady job if your business is not really successful. Because there is a possibility that you do not have the talent as a businessman but you have the ability to raise your career to the highest level and you can also live comfortably with it.

I currently have a job but I'm planning to have my own business soon. With my current job, I'm only here for the salary but I don't really enjoy it. I'm just here to make ends meet while also saving capital for my dream food business.

I like cooking food for others. When I cook for our family gatherings, 8hrs of preparing food is not tiring to me compared to my 8-hour job. My long term plan is to turn my hobby/passion into an income generating activity.
