If it were as easy as choosing and it would be fulfilled, I would choose to have my business, but a successful one. Life has taken me down a different path, however, I have a stable job that does not have as much potential as setting up your own business, nor as much risk of going bankrupt, but we could say that I have a mini-business with the investments I have been growing for years.

Honestly, it's not easy to be an entrepreneur. It's not easy to run your business, manage it, and trust people in your business. I might change my choice later depending on how life goes, but for now, I choose to have a stable hybrid job that gives me freedom. I'm earning very well in a hybrid job, to be precise. I don't go to the office more than twice a week; the rest of the time, I work from home.

This setup allows me to spend time with family, go on vacation, and even work as a freelancer. I choose a stable hybrid job that gives me the freedom to invest rather than owning a business and dealing with the stress that comes with it.

For me, a stable hybrid job is ideal because it gives me time to do other things and invest more. If I can earn enough from my stable job to invest in Bitcoin or digital assets, what else would I be looking for?

When you decide to start a business, you should be stable enough in life because it is such a risk to start a business. I would like to start a business but before I do that I want to make sure that if the business fail, I can get back on my feet. So a stable high paying job should be the priority and when there is enough money saved then that is the time we can start thinking of building a business. If it ends up profitable then good but if not then at least we can always start over.

As for me, since I now have a business and I've also experienced being an employee, I can say I enjoy the challenge of being a businessman. For me, this is the real reason I exist,  to challenge myself and step out of my comfort zone. Also, through my business, I was able to help other people earn by creating jobs for them.

I have a job with a very comfortable conditions, that's why I have a time to post here but got hooked up with coding and I'm slowly trying to transit into web development, I'm competent enough to build a website with basic js functions, I'm learning React and also plan to learn Node JS. I want this because first of all, I love it and second of all, I have lots of amazing ideas and I want to build lots of SaaS services to later rent them, so, in the end, I want to run business but in tech. I also am a fitness athlete and doing some things in this niche, I also want to follow this path too as a second plan if AI really takes over programming.

I am a type of a person who loves innovations, challenges, problem solving and development. A stable job is not for me because I can't work 9 to 5, then come at home, drink some beer and spend a weekend with friends, that's just not my thing, I want to do something more important and I also don't want to be dependent on someone else's given salary.

This comparison is situation since not everyone is capable to build their businesses since we have different expertise and level or risk taking also patience.

But if they are capable to build a business then they should try it, since somehow this is more ideal rather than getting tied up on a 9 - 5 jobs. I can be on either side. If I choose to have a stable job then I'm also free to start my own business because I have stability.

While owning a business, if I fail and didn't make it, I can always back to the corporate world because that's how it goes. If I like stability, I'll choose to go on a corporate setup.

I will choose the latter if I'm being offered to choose from the two options. The reality is that the duo have their challenges in one or the other but at least owning your own business will give you a rest of mind from the fear of being replaced with a much better person in your position if the need arises. I have worked under someone several times and I face some challenges which I won't like it to continue until retirement age. Likewise, owning a business comes with the task of taking responsibility for almost everything which is very challenging but I still prefer to bear responsibility than be working with a feeling of being replaced at any given time.

I am feeling happy about this decision about ditching job and going ahead for own business because having own business is always good for many because I also love to do business instead of having job because with this I can feel much better.

I prefer to have a job. That is because I can earn money as my salary and I will save some amount to prepare my own business. When it is ready, I will launch my new business while I still work in my job. Until the business grow big, I will still work in my job and will retire if I see my business have bigger opportunities to grow my business. Choosing a permanent job with a stable salary and sufficient for all other needs and interests such as being able to routinely invest with emergency funds that are adjusted from all expenses, especially important needs and feeling comfortable with all of that, why not.
And now I am in that position but to be honest I still feel lacking because humans will never be satisfied and when I feel like that I try to have a business and finally I have a grocery store managed by my wife so that everything is more comfortable and everything is fulfilled especially for investment and also for savings with the aim of emergency funds or reserves. And what you have to realize is that to build a business also requires money at the beginning and if your position is already working you can use it or intend to prepare your plan to do business because everything requires capital.

If what I choose is guaranteed to be successful, such as doing business and growing successfully or a permanent job but will have a career advancement, then I think doing business is the best. Doing business has no limits on how much you will grow. Doing business can make you earn money without limits and most successful people in the world are entrepreneurs. However, on the other hand, in reality doing business is not easy. There will be risks when you try to start your business. You will do a lot of trial and error, you will spend your time and money to do research on your business, you have to pay attention to your competitors, and you have to be prepared for the risk of bankruptcy. All of these are challenges that not everyone can accept. That's why maybe more people will choose a stable job than starting a business. But a stable job also has a risk where you can be fired at any time. But the risk will not be as big as business. With some skills and being able to work with your boss, you can stay in your job and maybe you will get a career ladder, becoming a director who will get a big salary and high incentives.

Currently I have a permanent job but previously I have run several businesses in the food and electronics sector only small businesses and all of them failed because building a business from scratch is very difficult it's not just about spending capital there are many factors that must be learned. Looking at the current situation in the country that alot of individuals can't profer solutions to their needs cause they aren't financially buoyant  so they tend to fit in for jobs that most likely can't pay them well then there are some that tend to work and as well own their own business. But for me I feel how long will one get to work for someone instead of owning their business this is why I'll go by starting my won business and make lots of money .
