There is less than half an hour left for the match.    That's a nice match to open this matchday of the Champions League. Galatasaray would really make use of at least 1 point today to secure their playoff ticket.

On the other hand Atletico Madrid are chasing top 8. Diego Simeone looks really focused for today and they say he did some rotation in his previous match. I feel like a draw for this one honestly. I don't think Galatasaray will lose with that great atmosphere.

This game is one with much action from end to end no one wants to back down for the other and I so much love the response of Galatasaray, the were losing by a goal to nothing until they fought back and forced the defender of Atletico Madrid to put the ball into his own net. Honestly I can't picture who's going to win this game from how both teams are showing that desperation to get goals and I will have to say this that is too late for some of these teams to be fighting so hard to avoid the play off.

Personally, I'm really curious about Liverpool's performance. Recently they struggled with the efficiency of their attack. They could create a lot of chances, but had a hard time converting their advantage to goals. They won only one out of their 5 games and that win was over Barnsley in an FA Cup game, so not much to be proud of.

Now we know that galatasaray is also a very strong team and its strength should always be taken into account. Especially when we see that Osimhen and other star players are also there and not absent for any reason, this team really cannot be underestimated. Sane and Osimhen alone are already a good combination up front. And I believe Atletico madrid will even have a bit of a tough time. However, it's actually difficult for me to predict which team will win. But I hope both teams can score goals in this match. And perhaps I will choose the home team to win this match. Fortunately, the score is now 1-1.   Haha, this is going to be very exciting. at least I have secured one of my predictions which is that both teams will score. now I just have to wait and see whether Galatasaray will defeat Atletico Madrid as I hope, or whether Atletico Madrid will win as you hope.

To be honest, I have to admit that Atletico madrid has slightly less dominance in this match. However, Galatasaray seems to be able to balance it out a bit. So the outcome still seems uncertain. Let's just wait and see in the second half once it starts.

Galatasaray has a very strong defense that it's seeming very difficult for Athletico to penetrate. The defense is efficient and clinical and doesn't go for careless tackles. So far both teams are playing well. Galatasaray almost made it 2 but missed a very clear chance on goal. There's still lots of football left in this match in the second half. I'll love to see how D. Someone would make adjustments to his team tactics to enable them penetrate three string Galatasaray defense.

Osimhen looks very fatigued in this first half. It's obvious he's still feeling the aftermath of the AFCON champions League he went to play. I hope he puts up a better show this second half.

I’m confident that this the last season of Guardiola at Manchester City, I agree with you, he is going to leave the club with a title the year he leaves his role as a manager, with other tough teams in this tournament so far, it will be difficult for Manchester City to win the title, they are not among the favorites team to win the title, perhaps this Guardiola will leave the club without winning a trophy this season because Arsenal is serious about the Premier League.

Even though Man city are 7th and second in the champions League and premier league tables, with this their inconsistent performance they will eventually fall and won't go far because it's like they pushed their way to the top but they couldn't maintain it and fall again. The only solution is if they can quickly solve the teams problems and come back to winning more games.

Considering how yesterday’s results looked, today seems a bit more realistic to me, because yesterday there were really a lot of surprises and the bookmakers were in a huge plus. I don’t know a single person who won a bet yesterday.

Those are my favorites and I think they can win tonight. The odds are still good as well. You mentioned Liverpool ,  i really think they will shine today, especially with Mo Salah in the squad. Somehow they look like a team that’s coming out of their crisis.

Barcelona was defeated by Real Sociedad in their last match, so it is possible that Barcelona could lose in the upcoming match, although Barcelona still has a high chance of winning. Champions League matches are always full of surprises, and it seems that we must be careful when betting because Barcelona could lose or draw, just like in the Manchester City and Glimt match, where many predicted that Manchester City would win, but in reality, Glimt won.

Liverpool have a strong game here  but I'm backing them to win this match because of the strength of their squad and their performance in the champions league haven't really been that bad. I remember when Liverpool went to San Siro to play inter Milan last time, most of us thought they were going to lose the match because they were also struggling back then, but they ended up winning that match. I'm expecting the same thing to happen today. I am giving Liverpool away win in today's match. All the matches in away I think it is only Liverpool and Barcelona that will get a win tonight, the rest will either be home win or draws.

Manchester City have started against Bodo and the home team is winning Manchester City 2-0 in 24 minutes, what a poor start for Manchester City.

I can't believe that Manchester City will be losing by 2:0 to a mediocre team in Norway even though they are strong in their league but it isn't enough to challenge a big team like Manchester City not to talk of getting a 2:0 lead in just 24 minutes of play. Manchester City should rather buckle up and try as much as possible to get an equalizer it will be shameful for a team like Bodo/Glimt to win them with all the quality players in the squad they have. Manchester City's defense is gradually becoming a disaster because this is also how they loose guarded in their last match against Manchester United.

It was unbelievable that Manchester City lost against Bodo, Manchester City were losing 2:0 in the first half. This is not what we expected from Manchester City, this was how they were defeated in their last league game to Manchester United, and we all assumed they were going to come back in the second half. Manchester City lost the match 3:1. Rodri received a red card in 62 minutes, and they were unable to score more goals after the red card.

However, Manchester City is the first Premier League team to lose against Bodo/Glimt in the European competitions, I don’t see the point of gathering a quality players in the squad without winning games, I would have disagreed if someone had predicted that Manchester City would lose two games in a row with these squad, I wonder how they will play against Galatasaray in their next match.

I personally think that Manchester City lost their confidence after losing to Manchester United. And then they got even worse against Bodo. The same pattern occurred when they lost to Newcastle a few weeks ago. And then they lost confidence against Bayer Leverkusen. Manchester City's performance has been unstable lately, where they still can't play aggressively. And the absence of several Manchester City players has made things even worse. As for next week's City vs. Galatasaray match I personally think we need to see how City will fare against Wolverhampton. If City draws or even loses again then I don't think City's performance will be reliable for the next match against Galatasaray.

It’s clear that City are struggling with confidence right now, and the game against Bodo/Glimt only confirmed that. But it’s not just about the defeat to United. City have only two wins in seven matches in 2026, and that already looks like a worrying trend. Atletico Madrid and the host team are giving each other problems even as I'm seeing it I think they both have same strength with no one relenting. Atletico madrid continues to try to break through Galatasaray's defense. however, so far I think Galatasaray's defense has been quite effective in holding off every attack built by Atletico Madrid. I'm just worried that Atletico Madrid is becoming a little careless and that will only make them an easy target for Galatasaray's attack. which actually seems to be trying to find gaps in Atletico Madrid's defense.

Galatasaray and atletico madrid actually seem fairly evenly matched. However, Atletico Madrid typically becomes more aggressive toward the end of the match. so, i think this game will become more aggressive toward the end if the score remains the same as it is now.

If care is not taken, Galatasaray will lose the match. Atletico Madrid has been dominating even in the second half, Galatasaray barely holds the ball in their possession, when they do they make mistakes on passes, about two counters in the second half and it all went in the wrong direction to the striker.

Galatasaray really needs a creative midfielder, most of their players are average and having just average players won't help them in the Champions League, if the match ends draw, it's likely a fair result .

I expected them to win these games and solidify their hold on at least the playoff position. Now they are facing a very strong side and the next game is agaisnt Manchester City another strong side. Galatasaray players continue to try to gain points from the  match. Galatasaray conceded a  goal in just 4 minutes of the match. But in the 20th minute of the match, due to Llorente's mistake, galatasaray was able to score and equalize the match. And we do not see any more goals in the first half.

The match is still 1 -1 after 65 minutes. Galatasaray is now playing defensively. They will be happy if they can gain 1 point from the match. Atletico madrid is trying to score. They have also been able to make some strong attacks. But Galatasaray's defenders  are performing excellently. The match is likely to end in a 1-  1 draw.

I expect Barcelona to win their game today so that they can be in the top 8 in the table. Both Athletic Club and Liverpool have to win today to maintain a spot in the top 8.
In addition, Newcastle, Chelsea, and Barcelona are on equal points. Whichever team wins today by scoring a lot of goals will give them a spot in the top 8.

Atlanta is currently performing better than Athletic Bilbao in this year's Champions League, and since Atlanta is playing on their home soil against Athletic Bilbao, they will beat Athletic Bilbao flawlessly, so the Atlanta and Athletic Bilbao match isn't the most intriguing match in the Champions League this night. In my opinion, I think Newcastle United and PSV match will be the most intriguing match this night because both teams have equal strength. Newcastle United will want to take all three points from PSV so that they can have a chance of entering the Champions League top 8, while PSV will also want to win Newcastle United so that they will get close to the Champions League top 8.
