After Inzaghi's departure, Inter has to adapt to Chivu right away. If the squad stays mostly the same and they make a few additions, they can start thinking about the title again. As a Napoli fan, i can say I’m once again hopeful for the title, mainly because Conte stayed and Kevin De Bruyne is one step away from joining Napoli.For example, i also think Lazio and Milan will be dangerous because they won’t be playing in european competitions and will enter the season without much pressure. In any case, i think this season will be very exciting again.

I completely agree with you because the past is in the past and now every team need to sit up and correct their mistakes, let's say a team like Atalanta or Bologna that woke up at the end part of last season, they started doing well that I even got pissed by the way they was performing and I was asking what were they waiting for? These kind of performance was suppose to be from the start of rhe season but they failed and another thing is consistency, many teams will try to improve like you said and the teams that did well last season might perform poorly next season because some players will definitely change clubs so some teams will become weak.

If you already know the full roaster of all the players in their various clubs, it will still be difficult for one to predict correctly the team to win Scudetto next season. Nobody saw Napoli winning the title this season and nobody saw Manchester City and Real Madrid facing crisis this season, but if you ask people initially, they will say that Real Madrid would win Laliga and Manchester City would win EPL, but they didn't.

It's when the season have started and gotten to the middle that it can be clear on who is the favorite to win Scudetto next season. Inter have changed their coach and I don't know what will be the outcome of their new coach.

With Gasperini's arrival on the bench, Roma will see their championship victory quota improve compared to the current one

Is really hard to say after the way they performed and later on the closing stage of the season they started acting like the season was about to start which isn't suppose to be, a terrible way to handle themselves last campaign, they lack consistency and getting almost all their best players out both on loan was what also contributed to their poor run last campaign and when you talk about them doing well next campaign I don't think it will happen unless they start getting the right players to fill in some of the empty spaces in the squad, when it has to do with the manager he did his best to still bring them out of that poor form, what's their next move in strengthen the team?

IMO, coach factor is much more impactful to determine team's result. Even if Chivu gets strongest XI in serie a, but doubting him able to utilize it.
As for example, we have seen how Roma that has mid tier squad almost dropped in the relegation zone just because they being coached by mediocre coach, Juric. Things differ when Ranieri came in. So, i take it as the right example how coach factor is much more critical to the squad's result, which is applicable to the Inter's case.

I can't trust Inter Milan right now, because they just had to change their coach. They hired Cristian Chivu to replace Simone Inzaghi. I don't know how Inter Milan's players will do under the new coach. It's still unknown what the new coach's plan will be or what the players' chemistry will be with the new coach.

I can't trust Inter Milan mainly because of their instability. They might need to be given time to adapt to the new coach. I'm rather preparing to watch the match between Napoli and Juventus. Because they are still in a good position and they are quite strong. Even their stability is better than Inter Milan's at the moment.

De Bruyne has been confirmed to strengthen Napoli's main squad, with Conte still staying there. With his experience and strength, I'm sure, KDB can still be that good for the club's progress, although he certainly needs time to adapt.

There is no guarantee that Roma and Milan are going to be doing well this coming new season because the fact is the coming of a new coach always come with it's negative effects and that includes getting good results late because the team has to get used to the playing pattern and philosophy of the new coach so i see these two clubs struggling at the beginning of the season maybe towards the middle of the season they will pick form

obviously nothing is guaranteed, they are just promises, they are future promises to the fans to encourage them to buy season tickets
nothing is certain or guaranteed
but they are putting in the resources, they are making an effort

not like Inter who allocated a ridiculous budget

In football, making a prediction without having played a good pre-season and the beginning of at least 5 games for each team is impossible for me to make a prediction, that's why I don't dare. I know that I can base myself on the previous season's performance, and well, I see Roma with good eyes, with respect to Inter it is undecided what could happen, the team, although very good, does need restructuring.

I don't deny Chivu's chance to win Championship, but still doubt me to believe his first season will be going well. He can't really implement the same approach he did at Parma in Inter. So, new club, different method of coaching. Hope him to come with a new idea how to handle Inter.
