After waiting for the best news from Modric, finally, Modric is now officially an AC Milan player, the contract will be from 2025-2026 as a free agent. He is ready for the medical check. Honestly, I would be quite unfamiliar with the situation there, Modric is at AC Milan, it's like,,, ahhh, I thought he would end his career at Real Madrid, but he decided to leave as a free agent and moved to Milan, but we still have to respect his decision.

Going to AC Milan is his choice but he would have just retired at Real Madrid because it would have given him more glory since he is near retirement. I think Modric's time at Real Madrid was over a few months ago. He's also quite old now and was most likely looking for new challenges. Therefore he accepted the Rossoneri adventure and tried to make a club like Milan great again.
I don't know how much space coach Allegri will give him, but I hope he's an important cornerstone for this team.

Luka Modric can still do very well, and he can show that he can do great things at high levels, the championship in Italy is certainly tough and the defenses are much stronger but he is a playmaker and as such he will make the ball run all over the pitch giving a rule to the attackers, he can do very well

Luka Modric is a talented midfielder, which is why AC Milan was brave enough to sign him even though he's not young anymore. Meanwhile, at Real Madrid, Xabi is implementing a strategy to optimize the development of young players, meaning Modric is no longer on the list. And here, Modric is with AC Milan for another year.

He gave everything he had in him for Real Madrid and I'm sure Florentino Perez will pursue him after he ends his career to take an administration role for Real Madrid but until then , we get to see the last chapter of his career because I don't think he will fully play and most likely he will play for around 40 minutes every game or similar.

My question is : Can Chivu reproduce with Inter what Inzaghi did ? Because the pressure is kinda big on Chivu.

I had previously read that Como and Morata had reached an agreement, but Morata joined Galatasaray's training camp yesterday.
This may have been because no official contract has been signed.
Both Morata and Zaniolo are players not considered for Galatasaray's squad.

Modric wanted to stay at Real Madrid, but the team refused to extend his contract. He told Real Madrid that he wants to stay for another season, even if it means reducing his wages, but the team refused, and Modric time with Real Madrid came to an end. Modric signed a year deal with AC Milan, I don't believe the player will want to extend his contract with the team after the next season, because he will be 40 before the end of the season, and it will be impossible to continue at that age in Europe.

Some players have a scoring form no matter the team, while others need the proper environment to rise. Nunez is a good strikerbut he needs to perform in training and act like a pro, not some spoiled kid. Conte knows how to proceed with him and put some sense in his head. The real question is if Nunez wants to be back on track, the chance is here.

Luka Modric did not move to AC Milan because he does not have enough pace. It is much more strategic. Him being 39 is definitely a sign that he is not going to be able to perform at the top level for long. So he wants to help the other club that he joined to win trophies. And it is definitely better than just seeing his time play out in Real Madrid. Milan has a project that he is interested in, and he also idolized Boban which might be a factor as well. He also seems to like Allegri’s vision for the future of the club. He is going to take control, show great leadership and help with his experience in the midfield. It is definitely not a retirement plan, it is a great player chasing silverware. Milan will have great depth and also will be very smart.

I think he will play more than 40 minutes per game, until recently he played almost the entire 90 minutes with Real Madrid, I don't think he has any physical problems.
He will have to adjust to a new league and new teammates, but I think he will do so quickly.

As for Chivu, I can't answer you, the matches seen at the Club World Cup have given rise to good opinions about him, we'll see how things go for him when Serie A starts.

I'm always curious where people get this data from. I've heard similar cases where a club signs a player from a specific country as a backup option, yet some claim it's for merc sales. How do you even track that?

If it's older players, I think signing for his experience/dressing room leadership makes more sense compared to merc sales (unless the sales volumes are incredibly high and verifiable).

Furthermore, Kevin De Bruyne will likely assist Romelu Lukaku with his constant passing, making it easier for Lukaku to score goals. This would be a fantastic combination for both players. Antonio Conte is a manager with the right tactics, so we could see an extraordinary performance from Napoli next season.

I think that lukaku will score more goals this season because with the way and manner that Napoli has been signing players there are allot of quality players in the Napoli line up that will bring out the best in lukaku because the fact is that lukaku is one player that has been underated players like KDB are good midfielders that can give lukaku the right passes to score often in front of goal

Well, they signed with a loan, Lorenzo Lucca from Udinese, and since they will lose Osimhen, who will join Galatasaray, I'm guessing that they will eventually sign another striker as well. Walid Cheddira, Giuseppe Ambrosino, and Giovanni Simeone will probably be sent out on a loan or sold, so getting another striker looks like a necessity, and Conte is pretty aware of it.
