Yes you are right, changing the coach for a team has a lot of impact on a team. .Because every coach has different methods, not everyone follows the same method. Everyone practices depending on their own technique. Whenever a coach changes, a new coach starts teaching new ideas by playing and not organizing the game in the old way, then it causes a little difficulty for the players. But it does not take much time to overcome all this, the players can overcome it very easily by practicing for a few days.

Another factor could be the team's financial instability, which has led management to choose to sell star players and buy others.

Logically, what you expect from Juric? He's just another embarassement for sure. I have no expectation for Atalanta after they sacked Gasperini, then sign him. Finishing at the middle may be their best achievement next season.
He's crap at Torino, he's also crap at Roma, and it's even worsen when he went to Soton. Expect him to bring Atalanta some magic is a non sensical thing

You hit the nail on the head! Atalanta will most likely no longer be the Atalanta we've admired in recent years.Too many changes, the strongest are abandoning ship and I don't see any player acquisitions that will not make us miss the departing ones. Yes, in fact the conditions are not good. I hope that Ivan Juric does his job well and manages to actually stay at Gasperini's level, even if I don't think that will ever happen. It's a great purchase by Como, the purchases of this team are simply fantastic and I'm honestly happy to see Alvaro Morata back in Italy, I thought that after his last experiences he would never return, instead I'm very happy for him, It can really make a difference in a small club like Como

Based on Ivan previous track record who wouldn't doubt him? I'm sure most people here would say the same thing but again Atalanta management has likely considered why Ivan Juric should replace Garsperini or perhaps Ivan is simply a short term option for them before finding a suitable replacement. We don't know what's going on behind the scenes at Atalanta but they must be prepared for the consequences if they suffer a setback in the upcoming Serie A season. Now let Ivan prove himself and we'll wait for the results.

A journey that began with Napoli, passed through Galatasaray, and ended with Como?what a laugh. Seriously, an absurd journey that made me think about how everything in life is connected, terrifying.

To be fair, players saw that "loyalty" brought money to owners, and nothing for the players, and they realized. Because let's face it, Totti didn't made nearly enough money from Roma, as much as Roma owners made from Totti, and players saw these kinds of examples and decide to move for their own personal benefit.

On top of that, if a team wants to get rid of a player, they can just force sell hm, bench him, even leave him out of the squad, but if a player wants to leave, teams act as if they own the person, and not a contract, and baffled when the player wants to leave. So this is a two way street, and while players are millionaires that should not be seen as "employees" that easily, it's still true that team owners are mostly billionaires who are capitalists and only care about their own gratification.

Arsenal  football team played last match against  AC Milan football team and that team performance was good in this match because that team defense was strong in this match and thet tried hard to win this match and they did goal in the second half when team situation was not good and Saka did one and only goal of this match and he did this goal at 53 minutes. Many players of that team tried hard to win this match and they gave hundred percent to win this match but could not do any goal. AC Milan football team position was very low in this match as they did no goal in this match and they won the match at penalties because both teams got penalties in this match but overall performance of Arsenal team was good in this match but they could not win this match at the end due to bad luck .
