Because let's face it, Totti didn't made nearly enough money from Roma, as much as Roma owners made from Totti, and players saw these kinds of examples and decide to move for their own personal benefit.

On top of that, if a team wants to get rid of a player, they can just force sell hm, bench him, even leave him out of the squad, but if a player wants to leave, teams act as if they own the person, and not a contract, and baffled when the player wants to leave. So this is a two way street, and while players are millionaires that should not be seen as "employees" that easily, it's still true that team owners are mostly billionaires who are capitalists and only care about their own gratification.

Galatasaray is about to finalise the deal with Napoli. Osimhen is about to sign for them officially. He didn't want to join the camp already. He was going to be away from football otherwise.

If the problems between him and Napoli didn't get that big I believe he would be much more useful for them than Lukaku.

He is comfortable with Galatasaray and they're in the Champions League Competition and since no club in Europe can match his demands which I believe he is worth it and worthy,  he should do what's best for him. He did well to stay at Galatasaray, a team that is doing very well, but unfortunately he always remains in Turkey and is unable to get out, but I appreciate Osimhen more, who at least stayed in Europe, than many other players who went to Saudi Arabia to play only to be forgotten, like Retegui.

Yeah victor osimhen did well to stay at Galatasaray his a very good player and he has already made huge amount of money for himself and his family and his not a greedy person so he sees no use going to Saudi Arabia at his age, I'm very sure he really wants to go to England but because of Napoli high release clause it was not possible for him, that was the reason why Arsenal didn't buy him again because Arsenal was coming for him, however after his contract expires in Galatasaray and an English team comes for him he will go.
I was very sure Napoli was going to sell him out because if they don't they will lose huge amount of money since there contract will be ending next year or 2027 and if the contract expires he will go as free agent and they will not get anything from him again so they had no other choice but to sell him, I really don't like the way Napoli treated victor osimhen and I'm also happy his out of the club, he did very well for them and they where not showing him love that he deserves.
Last season victor osimhen did very well in Galatasaray and his loved and respected there, I wish him more wins.

Exactly, like i always say , age is there, but it's just a number. Some players are like fine wine,the older they get, the better they become. A player with the quality of Luka hasn’t been seen in Milan for quite some time, and we all remember the kind of legends Milan used to have. This will be a great move for them because Luka will pass on his vast experience to the younger players. And perhaps most interestingly, his salary alone is already five times higher. Based on this information, it's understandable that he was tempted by the transfer fee and salary offered by Al-Qadsiah, even though he was the top scorer in Serie A last season.

This is a good move even though I was expecting that Modric move to the middle east and play so that he can get some good cash before going on retirement but he chooses to remain in Europe this is just passion even though Madric is not a player that can't play at the top level his experience is needed currently at the Milan midfield Milan struggled this last season so they will try to improve on last season performance.

Well with all that Modric can bring to AC Milan I imagine that the whole club must be very happy, because for me he is one of the best midfielders, and let's remember that the base of every team is from the midfielder, he is the one who gives play , opens it and helps to defend and Modric has it clear, for me the best Italian midfielder.

I can see him mentoring players on the training ground or helping from the bench now and then. Seems not easy for Luka Modric getting regular position every games during he was over age but Serie A have typical slow games play and not difficult to be play early minutes every domestic league matches. Luka Modric would be mentoring for youth player but I believe his performance last season with Madrid still can fight with several youth player getting regular position.
Looks how consistency performance of Cristiano Ronaldo at Al Nassr indeed he was 40 years old and Luka Modric can perform well for Milan, first pre season match, Milan will face Liverpool and wish Allegri can play Luka Modric as debut match looking for how many minutes keep effective playing as regular place.

We can't blame him! They offered him five times his annual salary! Anyone would have accepted. We must always remember that this sport is a job for them, and players go where they are offered the most. I understand that the allure of the Saudi Arabian championship is not in the least comparable to that of Serie A or any other European championship, But they have money! Lots of money! And they get everything.

This osimhen saga is really kinda disappointing, like honestly speaking he will be ghosting on football in one way or the other as the Turkish super League doesn't have that kind of funfair, and lukaku can never give that which osimhen have to give, I just wish he go to more competitive league as he has all it takes to play at any of the top European leagues, I think he went to Galatasaray because he had no choice since he's not on Napoli's list of players to be used this season, but I just hope it went well for him there at Galatasaray.

I meant that he was going to be away if he stayed at Napoli. Because he didn't want to play for them anymore and didn't even join his teammates in the camp as I said. It was likewise for Conte too.

Therefore it is good for Osimhen not to end up there this summer. He is joining Galatasaray which is our rival in the Turkish league as a Fenerbahçe fan. He only wanted to stay in Europe that's why he rejected huge offers by Al-Hilal.

A player like Luka can change Milan by being a leader on the pitch and a true captain. As for his physical condition and form, i believe Luka can play the full 90 minutes in Serie A. Like you mentioned, the tempo is definitely slower than before. Milan could fight for the scudetto since they're not playing in european competitions, which means they're more focused and less pressured in the league.

I already made my humble bet more than 10 days ago. The odds on Inter to win are good and it could be that Inter can win the Scudetto. Currently, however, Napoli is the most likely to win again, thanks also to Antonio Conte, but this year Napoli will also be busy in Europe for the Champions League so they will both have the same commitments, we will see who will come out on top

I know it's just a friendly match so we shouldn't give too much weight to it, but AC Milan noted an impressive win over Liverpool today. They played on neutral teritorry (Hong Kong) and Milan scored 4 against Liverpool's two.
It wasn't as much of one-sided show as the result might suggest. Liverpool had an advantage in terms of possession and the number of shots on goal. The game was a tie for the most part, until the 52nd minute when Loftus-Cheek scored on 2-1, and things got even better from then.
It could be a sign that AC Milan will be a serious contender to win the Serie A.

In another friendly game today, AS Rome defeated German Kaiserslautern 1-0 in an away match.

It's unclear whether Atalanta will lose any more key players. After their main attacker left, Inter Milan even submitted an offer for another key player, Ademola Lookman. Inter even improved their offer to €45 million. This SS essentially still has a contract with Atalanta until June 30, 2027, but due to his performance, several top clubs are interested, including Inter Milan, who are very willing to get him.
