I don't know for others, Eth is not an option for me in withdrawal because the transaction fee is too high for me. And if really they only have that in their withdrawal then it is very bad of them. At least three to four options would have been better of. If I send the Ethereum to my exchange, I have to convert it to sellable coin with good price and I have the loss some percentage in the conversion process.
