I think you missed a zero, as it’s supposed to be $0.03 and $0.08 for the math to add up.
The RTP for the Plinko game on Yeet is 99%. So, if you wager $100, you are supposed to lose about $1. But that’s only in theory. Still, a $3–$5 loss isn’t that bad, imo.

Yeet team had sent an email about the changes of poker tournament yesterday. Which is indeed late to inform the users. But they have also made a tweet about this change 1 week ago. All the users don't follow the social media accounts of the casinos. So, it would have been better if they sent an email about this change earlier.

104 entries have already been confirmed by the Yeet team to participate in this round. And there are 22 pending requests now which need to be approved (including mine). I will try my luck today if I can manage my time.

I’m a gold rank but I don’t have time to participate on the freeroll tournament because of the timezone and I know this will take a lot of time to conclude compared to the past tournament that you launch before that has time limit.

Anyway just rely on plinko. You can get that 50K wager with minimal loss due to the level up bonus of yeet and tournament rewards.

LOL, the only way to give him your ticket is by giving your SoPo account to him so he can play with your account since the requirement is that your SoPo account should match your Yeet account IIRC.
It is nice to see that the poker freeroll is having double prizepool than before although the requirement to join is also adjusted but it is reasonable enough and maybe if Yeet will be running this poker freeroll for long time, another adjustment of the requirement will be made in the future.
Since the requirement is now being Gold rank only = requires $50k wager which something that can be done easily by playing the in-house games with less risk, it is possible if the number of Gold rank members is increased significantly, then they may give higher minimum rank as requirement.

It depends on your purpose for playing these low house edge games. Plinko is popular because you can gain wager with minimal risk involved which is perfect when you are participating tournaments.

Haha, that is the catch on my situation. I still don’t have SoPo account until now because I can’t install the app on my ios device. For some reason the link that will redirect me to download the app doesn’t go through so I can’t join on the invite link given by the Yeet email for poker tournament invitation.

What is to confirm? Rules have already been set and even if you request participation it will be denied unless you have reached gold level. Even by mistake you got accepted there is no way you are keeping your winnings as it would be considered wrong entry.
I might be on gold level after few weeks and lets hope YEET does not increase the bar again to platinum hahaha.

Maybe they will just require a specific wager count rather than increase of rank since Platinum is already too much for normal gambler to achieve. It needs 250K wager just to reach that rank while Gold 50K are already a bit stretched for small gambler.

Unlucky for me in the latest poker freeroll as I finished on 23rd, few more steps to be on top 20 but my last hand several hands were really bad which made me unable to do anything except keep on folding, even if I did some call with my last several hands, all will be lost hands lol. I was a bit lucky in the first hand after the contest started as I had pair of Q and there was someone who did an all in that round so I called it which made me double my chips. After that, bad hands as well as bad luck with good hands came more often  Will try again in the next tournament although I hope Yeet will make a variation for the starting time so it can be a bit friendly for Asian players (especially south east asian).
