OP, I'm not sure if you're really a newbie, since I never trust newbies who write posts like yours

Sad to say, I don't trust any newbie by default. Especially ones that make a big deal about them "being new." Its like no shit, we can see that already.

My contributions are small compared to some outstanding members, but I try to watch out for interesting topics even though they are quite rare.

My observation led me to the belief that many farmers are making threads using new accounts to create a place where a lot of generic posts can be made by their alt accounts and spamming buddies.

Both statements are sad but true.

In fact, the problem of newbies is that they cannot create even one normal account to participate worthily in signature companies, but they create dozens of new accounts from which, after, we see such indignation about the imperfection of the forum.

What gets me is why they never think to concentrate on "growing" just 1 account... pour their heart and soul into that 1 account, develop a personality with it, make it part of their online identity... A lot of us oldtimers (I think I can safely call myself that by this point) recognize sincerity and reward it since it is in short supply.

They are weak in developing one account but strong in their imagination, multiplying participation in signature companies by five or more. The rule that alternative accounts are allowed on the forum literally hints to people like them that it is possible to earn more, but the problem for beginners is that there is not have enough strength to develop one account. That's why this topic was created to feel sorry for their unfulfilled plans; talking about wanting to learn something is complete nonsense.

The signature campaigns will employ people suited for the campaign. It is based on the selection criteria of managers and the company which is running the campaign.

It can never be other way around that those who are employed in these campaigns decide the terms of participation or approval in campaign.

Bringing back campaigns for at least J. Members, even in a limited or carefully monitored way, could motivate more newcomers to stay, learn, and improve. While they’re getting motivated, they’ll also be building the habits and skills that could make them Legendary one day.

If the goal is to keep growing the Bitcoin community, then we should also be thinking about how to nurture the next generation of members. Sometimes, a little opportunity is all it takes to create a great contributor..

So in essence what you're saying is that it's sig campaigns that would help newcomers to learn? Sincerely, just this shows me that you haven't done any indepth research as you claimed else you would have known that where things like slots for junior members are available in a campaign, it won't incite growth, but rather a  chance for spammers to fill the space. If I may ask, what would they have to offer since they're literally just babies and may not have enough experience. So it's like saying these companies should come and waste their funds just because they want to be a part of the growth of the new ones? What happened to making quality posts and getting merited for it? Isn't that something that should motivate them that they were able to share knowledge and it was appreciated?

Just because someone is a Jr member doesn't mean that he is without general forum experience or that he is new to bitcoin. Imho, bigger problem is Jr member signature visibility, or to be more precise the lack of it.

Basic economy. You can make more money with xyz accounts than with 1.

It relates to the problem of the western mind trying to create rules for other cultures with the underlying assumption that they will understand it the way it is intended. The excuse that account farming can't be completely stopped so it is allowed (and spamming definitely can be stopped (?) so it is not allowed) is the same as giving a green pass for this behavior in many cultures. It is almost the equivalent of encouraging cheating. In many societies only strict punishment works, discouraging behavior in other ways does not work at all.

It is an unfortunate situation that is created by several parties not doing anything about it. The administration does not care, the signature campaign managers do not care and many of them are complicit in this, and neither the default trust network cares about it that much. A perfect storm to create spam everywhere and have very few good topics. Low quality junk posts are an active deterrent for many potential quality contributors, they won't even try to join any discussions when they see the state of many threads in this forum. Not that the problem lies with alternative accounts per se, the problem is in the allowed junk quality of most replies. I would say that somewhere between 90 to 99 percent of all replies are complete junk.

What I see in recent observations is that more and more threads are solely started in a desperate attempt to gain some merit, they may even seem somewhat genuine but they are not.

You're right. What I said looked like I was generalizing but I used "may" , which means there could be those who may not be as knowledgeable as well. I've seen some insightful works from very young accounts but you'd agree with me that most times, newbies are regarded as the ones who give low content posts and often spam that's why I said what I did.
 Also, like you mentioned, the fact that the avatars can't be visible is more of a reason the junior ranks can't be considered.
