A business owner has a steady inflow of cash in their hands, while a salary earner depends solely on their monthly salary, which may not be enough for them.
A business owner can wake up at any time to head to their shop, but a salary earner can't try that; their job and life activities revolve around their job. They don't have control over their job description to go and come back at any time.
A business owner is answerable to no one concerning the running of their business, but a salary earner is answerable to their boss; they can be sacked at any time. Their job is not guaranteed for long

A job is a comfort zone for a major part of the people in the world. They can't think much better out of their comfort zone and are afraid to take the risk of starting a business. After spending on their family needs, they become empty at the end of the month; those are middle-class job holders. For those earning a high salary, they are different; they would have some savings at the end of the month. So due to a lack of capital, also small earners won't take risks.

Business is always better than doing a job. Most of the rich people in the world are either businessmenor investors. I can't see any job holders in the world's richest list. Because if you don't take risks in your life, you can't be a gainer. On that point job holders are weak; they can't always take risks. A lot of guys move from the job to the business. They overcome the fear, and someday they become successful businessmen.

Starting a business is challenging, and not everyone is willing to take the risk. As you said, stepping outside your comfort zone isn't something everyone wants. Especially in today's era of rapid economic change, taking risks is generally discouraged. A steady income is sufficient for a person to live comfortably. People often want more, but they don't want to take risks. Making sound decisions sometimes requires considering the risk factor.

Exactly, if you have business have possibility increasing earning more higher than how much paid from earning salary as worker indeed you have been much experienced worker but your earning salary keep stable. Based on earning salary not matter how limit your working and push all your capacity but earning keep stable not increasing yet, difference when owning a business you have chance increasing earning more than earning salary but have risk with your business collapse.

Both of kinds earning salary and owning a business have advantage and disadvantage, if you want push limit and increasing your owning have try with owning business but if care or worry about risk so take your self from earning salary become the worker. I will choose to earning salary because you didn't risk any money to get money and you have someone to backup for you (whenever you did wrong/have a problem, you can seek your boss).

If you choose owning a business, it's the opposites. You could bankrupt and lost your whole money, you must able to stand up whenever you did wrong/have a problem, you can't seek someone with the decision you made.

Earning salary is always on the safer side, and has no risk to lose. If people work at the companies usually at the end of month people will earn the salaries i think everybody know about that and by earning salary it will guarantee people will have money to feed their family or to buy the daily needs because salary is the award of our work and this condition too make people will have steady income without thinking to lost their money or making money by business

The reality is with the current condition of economic it's hard to build profitable business even what i heard is people always hard struggling to start their own business even mostly they were failed and in business world too there is uncertain profit which mean we never know how much profit will we gets daily even there was a time people lost money and if i have to choose between earn salary and build the business then most likely i will choose earn salary because this thing can ensure me always have money to my daily life

Honestly several factors will need to be considered to pick one out...if the salary is well paying, then this money can be used to setup the business for some passive income and enable you to have two streams of income...then there is the aspect of having a business which generates enough income such that people do quit there jobs because for best results the owner of the business needs to be around and enforce better controls and all that...

Otherwise your own business will be better because you get to enjoy the freedom and flexibility of being the boss, but we have jobs that can pay handsomely out there..so it's a 50/50 thing.
