If we have experienced having a business and then working for an establishment, we are going to understand the difference more better and know what we want, things are not the same as we also have different experience from what we do, it is more better for us to go for what we want, so that we can do our job conveniently and more better with a rest of mind and not be limited to what we can earn.

In the same way, it is not out of place for someone who wants to do business but does not have a capital to work and earn for certain time, save up and start their business. In both, what is important is time.
Some people have all the time in the world to do business but does not have business ideas or do not have start up capital. While some have money (capital) but does not have the idea. Someone can even have both capital and idea but do not have the time to run the business. Sone other people will work and have others run their business.

So, it all depends on what works for the person, the type of environment the fellow belongs and the willingness to take the risk.

Do not discontinue the job but get a skills-based side biz up & running now like earning fiat, stacking sats & proving demand. The current development of technology makes it easy for everyone to learn new skills, so anyone with the will has the opportunity to earn additional income. I would like to say that owning a business would be much more profitable, but on the other hand, I am quite aware of my current capabilities, so I prefer a salary for now.

What you have said is true, salary earners spend their money to buy goods and get a service from business owners while the entrepreneur earn profits, but do you know that just as working from 7am - 4pm is not easy, that's also how it is not easy to run, manage and grow a successful business? There's this saying that "making money from white collar job, business or skill is not easy" That's true, the only easiest way of making money is through investments that doesn't require you to do anything before you can earn. Talking about choosing between working for someone and managing once personal business is a very important decision that most be considered if not recognised in decision make, one can easily make financial mistake that will affect the person in future. Personal business at times is good after generating enough capital from working to avoid being dependent on the business because depending on the business will indirectly lead to failure in business. So both are good step to follow when building once self financially is concern.
