None. We just got past weekend, and I always give my best to leave my contacts on every casino to their personal time. Namely, I don't nudge them unless the situation is very dire. Certainly you can understand that I am even more reluctant and is willing to give more leeway for a contact that's explicitly tell me they're attending personal matter.

Now, this is Monday, and my Monday morning is filled with me nudging my contacts [both forum-related and IRL] in between my morning coffee. I'll try to reach this particular staff and see if they're good to resume your case.

I'm really sorry for this, I've nudged my contact again for the matter. If I may lay all the card on the table, my contact that's in charge of fiat deposit is firm with their findings, that your funds were claimed by other merchant. Of which in other words, I believe, works like a double-spend attempt. I am nudging my other contact from other division to get a better insight for this.

However, since this is not exactly their division, they have to jump through hoops of inter-departmental communication, and we're also handling other cases. Not saying that we didn't make your case a priority [in fact, I brought your situation everytime I nudge the contact for other matters], it just... they're yet to return to me with what they can find from their end.

It's basically the same. BC can't credit you because the fund were credited to a wrong merchant, namely it's claimed [sent to, and retrieved] by a merchant other than designed to be the one receiving your deposit.

sir you should ask someone how they arrange these merchant accounts in india. Then you will understand it.

And that's what I'm doing right now: getting someone else to explain to me how exactly can a transaction designed to be sent to a BC merchant be "grabbed" by other merchant.

Umm... maybe a bit unrelated and irrelevant, but... do you ever faced similar issues with FIAT deposits on other casinos? Or is it just with BC? I am speaking specifically for fiat deposit, not crypto deposit.
