Shame on you legendary darkness, I got it now , you first give every complaint some attention then after few replies when everyone here sees you replying, your work is over .
Hhhhhh... some cases are more simple than other, just need one or two nudge and few details and it got cleared, others... require lots of inquiries and interdepartmental communication. One thing that's same is that I am a man of my word. I do what I say I'll do and my words is my bond. I promised to get to the bottom of your case and, slow as it may, it's still moving and I am still periodically nudging my contact.
