This is a very sad story to be honest. Many of this case scenario has happened in the past but it is very obvious that many people don’t learn lessons from the past experience of others. He is still a university students who has a whole lots of life ahead of him to live but unfortunately he had allowed his addiction to gambling take over him and have now made it bring an end to his life. Sometimes I just feel stories like this usually leaves the gambler in big debts and they have not used only their personal money to bet and that was why paying off those debts will be a living hell to them and they end up taking their own lives. Whatever happens, taken your own life isn’t worth it. If there’s life, there’s still hope to live and achieve bigger things.

These same things will keep om happening because a lot of people don't really learn from other people's mistakes and that's where their problem starts from. a lot of people are too desperate to make money from gambling and in the process of doing that they end up losing huge amounts of money. they usually don't see anything point in living after incurring a lot of losses but that's a poor mindset.

No matter what, don't let gambling to finish you. If you can not gamble what you can afford to lose, better quit now before it get too late.

Some people may not pay attention to or care about financial management. But in reality, it is very important to see the amount we can afford to risk. Gambling should not be used as a solution to financial problems. However, what we often see is the opposite. People become impatient to get rich through gambling, but they end up trapped in a destructive situation. If a gambler is not strong enough to handle the pressure that comes to them, what happens is indeed a desperate act to end their life. They think everything is over.

That's true, they win once, they think they can do it again, so they gamble more often, and the stakes get higher. They also think they can easily escape the problem once they commit suicide. It's normal for people to make mistakes, and if you lose a lot in gambling, let it be a lesson to yourself so you won't do it again next time. It's really unfortunate that students are addicted to gambling. Since they don't have the ability to earn a lot to gamble, they look for other ways, like borrowing and selling things. For me, students should be banned from such hobbies because they are not good hobbies if you get used to them until you are older.

I cannot relate to the message of the story, because i don't plan on taking my life for any gambling reason, not at all any reason. What did he solve for taking his life? The money he lost in gambling is still unpaid to the victims, whoever doesn't want to learn will do the hard way.

Gambling is not a source of income, whether we say it here over a hundred times, story for another will still pop of someone who commit suicide because he lost money from gambling, maintain proper gambling habit, and not worry about suicidal thoughts.

that gambler don't have anyone that will encourage him because if he has someone that will put him through about lost in gambling and the profit in gambling it won't have committed a suicide because of the money he lost that does not belong to him, according to you the money is still unpaid and he has also lost his life so if he knew that in future he can make more than such amount of money he won't have taken his life because of gambling money, for me he made a wrong decision by taking his life because money can be get at any time and it clear that life is bigger than money so he wont have chosen blame than his life with took by committing a suicide, I know that what push him to commit suicide and kill himself is because he does not want people to mock him, he does not land people to also blane him openly, but I noticed assuming he has advice or a good person around him he won't have committed this suicide

This how does the gambling really affects the persons financial and emotional state once they got addicted in too much playing gambling have the eager to earn back their losses they think lots of idea just to have a money and like the person on @OP did and still afterwards ended up losing.
But seems he apparent does not seek an idea how to escape their depression and anxiety due to losses a large sum of money in gambling and he ended up with that idea which is sad because if you can stand and have a life you can change the decision you made but he give up his life.
This is why we keep saying that gambling moderately and make a risk that you are capable to lose your money.

This is not the first time I read about person ending his life because of gambling. I looks like every quarter we have stories like that. I was thinking, what, besides giving warnings, casinos do about that. They post articles about responsible gambling, have warning sign often on their web pages. But is it possible for casino, by looking on gambling pattern, tell that there is something wrong in gamblers behavior, and give signal to him or institution to look after him. Is there a symptom that can tell gambler is planning to do something bad with his life?

it is a very sad and painful matter, many people do not realize at the beginning that gambling can break someone so deeply, at first everyone starts playing just for fun or to pass time,at that moment it feels harmless, but slowly it turns into a habit then an addiction and eventually people become mentally broken, at that point many cannot share their pain with anyone and they distance themselves from family and friends,in this situation people can make very wrong decisions, that is why talking about these things is very important,these are not just simple words but warnings, if someone reads and understands them in time they may be able to save themselves and their family from great danger,staying aware is the most important thing...
