So that looks like a 'Yes' to a NEM smear & slander thread. What about negative trust rating other NEM investors who may disagree with you, or not have an opinion either way (i.e the smaragda way), an option you're considering?

As I said in an earlier post, I believe the situation was handled wrongly and should have been resolved much sooner.  Considering that your funds have been returned now, do you still consider the issue to be unresolved?  If Yes, please explain what is still pending.

He told them immediately after the hack and got a freaking bounty for it. Do yout not realize this ? The exchanges thanked him for it. Why would he return that bounty ? He was given it by the exchanges for showing them a flaw in the way they handle things.

- Richie from Bittrex said on his own post that he has been informed about the Social Engineer Hacking on date March 17th (a NEM Developer contacted him in Slack, and not Codtycoon IMMEDIATELY after the hack attack as u say)
- Codtycoon said to CECVW that BITTREX was hackered on date March 15th.

Considerations about this:
There are 2 days in between the 2 events (so I wouldn't use the word IMMEDIATELY),
Kodtycoon is not the one that contacted the Exchange, as Richie Attested, and
NEM Dev contacted the Exchange only after CECVW started to publicly post here (on 16th March)

I'm only trying to explain that this is the kind of things we are referring to, when we say that you guys are trying to covered it.

But...  BTC38 facts still need to be confirmed.
This Exchange has been contacted yesterday and they said an investigation is currently in course.
I thought we were discussing only about facts,  and not suppositions.
I didn't read anywhere about any confirmation about the Bouncy from BTC38 to kodtycoon. Neither about BTC38 Exchange been contacted from him and in which date.
I would wait for a confirmation from them before assuming it as a Fact. Especially considering that in regard BITTREX facts don't reflect Codtycoon's admission.
I've been accused of misrepresentation of facts, that's why I didn't discuss about BTC38 Hack attack yet.
I would wait BTC38 confirmation before say anything about it.

And I thought Patmast3r would have done the same.

What I'm asking is:

Why you posted the above Red highlighted Statement, when:

- Richie from Bittrex said on his own post that he has been informed about the Social Engineer Hacking on date March 17th (a NEM Developer contacted him in Slack, and not Codtycoon IMMEDIATELY after the hack attack as u say)
- Codtycoon said to CECVW that BITTREX was hackered on date March 15th.

Considerations about this:
There are 2 days in between the 2 events (so I wouldn't use the word IMMEDIATELY),
Kodtycoon is not the one that contacted the Exchange, as Richie Attested, and
NEM Dev contacted the Exchange only after CECVW started to publicly post here (on 16th March)

I don't have details on the attack but i understand it involved social engineering the support. That can take at least 2 days and only after the support acted would kodtycon have known that the flaw indeed exists. So it's hard to pinpoint how long after he knew that his attack was successfull he contacted the exchange. Within 1 day I'd say qulifies as immediately given that timezones and support response times were involved. That's subjective and debateable but to me that seems like he did tell them in a reasonable amount of time.

I'd like to point out that richie stated that a NEM Dev contacted him. For all I know he could have thought kodtycon is a NEM dev. I have seen 0 proof of the fact that they only made contact after cecvw posted here. You guys keep claiming it but I have seen no proof of it. Truth is only the people that were involved in the conversation can know and since you werent involved, I wasn't involved and cecvw wasn't involved neither of us should be making any claims regarding the timeline because we simply can't know for sure.

Also know that multiple exchanges were contacted when the flaw was discovered. They people involved wanted to get all exchanges to fix the flaw. If you think about it not posting publicly about this makes a lot of sense if you know of a flaw and you have no malicous intent then you want that flaw fixed before it goes public. Makes sense no ?

I'm only trying to explain that this is the kind of things we are referring to, when we say that you guys are trying to covered it.

I'm supposed to cut all my ties with NEM. My XEM and the contact i have with the people are all ties I have to NEM so clearly that is what is asked.

What drive me crazy is when I are trying to explain something, and someone else involved in the counterpart try to deny me any rights with any sort of argumentation only with the intent to point public attention in a different direction.
