the problem is, I think only very few people hold their NEM till now, most people cannot resist selling it on 100+x profit.

I was an original stakeholder. I've sold quite a bit of my XEM and used it to buy other cryptocoins, some of which have worked out really well, some of which have not. I still have a significant amount, though, and plan to hold onto it for now as I think there is more upward movement ahead. It is natural and prudent to take profits along the way, and I can for sure say I got my original investment back many times over. I've used some of my NEM profits to improve my financial situation in the fiat world. Because of this I can say that no matter what happens, NEM has improved my life.

Now... if I can just get my delegated harvesting to work...

And... if Polo would just implement XEM/BTC margin trading...

You would've had to have obtained a few stakes to be a multimillionaire but the day might be coming.

Anyone sensible would've sold very little and bought a few more. There's a lesson to be learnt reading about Bitcoin holders throwing it all way in 2010/11. This is no different.

XEM market cap at 2 Billion is still too low compared to BTC, Eth and XRP.  BTC is 32B and Eth+XRP = 25B where XEM is just 2B.

These numbers can tell you everything you need to know about how XEM price will rise within the coming weeks if not days. There is no question that XEM value will double if not triple sooner than later. A market cap of at least 5B is where it will land way sooner than anyone would expect.

Having the 2 billion marketcap is just the start. Its going to be huge in the months to come. If you have to invest today, do it now before you see yourself buying on higher price like $1 each. Right now you still can buy about 4 XEM in a dollar so take advantage of this opportunity.

$5 in two years isn't inconceivable, but of course unlikely. At the same time an insane amount could happen between now and then in this space. I think Japan is going to blow up in a way we haven't seen before and they don't seem to be going for the usual alts.

A lot of us are caught positively surprised at the meteoric rise of the value of XEM. My original plan to make it a 20c coin by the time I leave office before 2019 seems to have been surpassed. It appears that at this rate, seeing the value of XEM rise to $1 by the end of summer is not a dream anymore.

We have serious funds to run a professional enterprise and we are working hard at compressed time to make this happen. My new target shifts to $5/xem by the time I leave office.

I am JAMTHIRTEEN and this letter is in reference to a claim I made on NEM forum sometime ago. I reported a situation to this platform about how we were being cheated out of our rights but no steps were taken to remedy the situation.

We are three friends that work together in the same place, and because we believed in this idea, we all decided to create accounts on the platform, we did the registrations at our office, the same location. We were aware of the house rule that states that a member cannot own more than one stake, and can only get another for a loved one. None of us flouted that rule because we understood why the rule was put up. So we all took care and ensured that we abided by this rule, two of us opened an account each, and also opened one each for our partners, the third only created an account for himself. It therefore came as a surprise to us when the administrators decided to only give SANDRAMABE her stake and deny the rest of us ours; they claimed that only one person opened all five accounts; and that was after coming up with a new rule that made separate accounts registered on the same IP address invalid. This was surprising to us as each of us are different persons and if it was made clear that registering with the same IP address was wrong, we would have done our registrations in different places. We contacted the administrators and clarified the situation, as far as we were concerned, the rule was to ensure that one person doesn’t get more than one stake, so we offered to provide any proof they requested to prove that all five accounts were valid. All the accounts were registered with work email address, which are unique to every employee and cannot be falsified. We even offered to send pictorial evidence even as far as sending our passports as seen in these two posts

 None of our offers were accepted. I posted a few times on the forum to bring the admins’ attention to the situation, all I got was cold shoulder. Eventually I made it clear that I would not let it go, and that at a certain time, if we were not given what we were promised, we would take legal action. That time has come now and I am now using this opportunity to give the administrators one last opportunity to ensure that we settle this out of court, I am giving the administrators a one month notice to give us our stakes or we will have to meet in court to resolve this. Thank you!


PS: I will be sending this to all members involved in this project. I will be sending it to the NEM Core developers, Jaguar0625, BloodyRookie, Gimre; and the NEM Core marketers Rockethead, Kodtycoon, Jabo38, Mixmaster, and Ronel. I will be doing this to ensure that everyone involved understands the situation.

Actually, the was a whole thread for "wrongly accused sock puppets" and they were given NEM stake not "could solder". But just like for redemption of NEM stake there was a time period for this claim as well.

I am just curious. Why are you not taking legal action against UtopianFuture or Makoto too?
Makoto probably deserves to be sued unlike the other guys you are trying to sue.

At the time of the first thread sending BTC or NXT was considered a donation and a call for participation. It was not ever billed or sold as an ICO. Some were even given free stakes just for participating. The key part was the participation, not the donation. And that donation guaranteed you a coupon. But that coupon also had an expiration date which is long past due.

All the people coming out of the woodwork wanting their long lost stakes 2 years later.. you would have had more luck trying 18 months ago. Good luck. On another note, we appear to be basing for the move up to 25000 sats.  Wouldn't want to be short here.  Keep posting your bearish little pictures though.. it's a great sign that the run isn't over. As someone that has participated in countless stock market bubbles dating back to the tech bubble in 1999, at the peak of a bubble there are no bears calling for the bubble to burst... literally EVERYONE becomes a hyper bull.


Besides, this coin and it's tech should be a bitcoin replacement. It's superior to every other coin in this regard, including ethereum, which is more of an application platform. It's only real competition is Ripple. I'm not selling because it's going to a $5B market cap, unless the entire crypto bubble pops in the next few days, which isn't happening as of now, looking at the charts and the trading volume.
