I'm pretty frustrated by this poloniex bologna. I have still not been given my XMG even though it left my balance during a failed withdrawal, I have been waiting 7 days without a response to my support ticket, I have asked in the "trollbox" for help. I realize this is not the coins fault, XMG is awesome and will not be ruined by this delisting. I am just venting a little bit here because no one from polo will even get back to me.  |

Had the same issue, no response on my ticket for 5 days. Needed to talk to a trollbox mod and say "Hi, my ticket hasn't been responded to #<ticket numer>. Can you help me with my xmg withdrawal problem completed: error. Thanks" Mod helped me out and unlocked my funds and I was able to withdraw it all from them. Hope this helps! |
