I made a deposit to hashnest but actuell there is no transaction in my hasnest account.

11 confirmations already done and over 3 houers.

Is it normal? I am new on hashnest.

No, it is not normal.. Sometimes they have delays, but today all website is weird..

You should hold any deposit or trading until hte problem is solved . I opened a ticket on https://support.bitmain.com/questions , i advise you to do the same .

Like I see how some people purchase 1/GH for .00137 BTC, isn't better to just purchase a S5 miner for cloud mining then? In all sense, I just want to know how does this thing work and how will it benefit you?

     when u purchase a miner  ur buying one whole machine  ghs 1155 . it will be time released to u in 72 hours . 3 days is a long time in btc world its ur call ,it might be a good deal might not be u dont know until the 72 hrs is up.once it is release it will appear in ur act and u can sell it on the trading floor.  the trading floor is instant  buying and selling of ur hash.

after the 72 hour thing , it will appear   in ur act as if u just purchase it from the trading floor, but the price u get it is at whatever u  bought it at 72hrs ago. when u click on purchase button,it will   create a receipt for u right away and deduct it from ur btc act balance.

and if ur asking do u have to switch it over to mine, no , mining is auto once u see it in ur act.

If you look you will notice s2 and s3 went up  in price as well as s4. The reason is that if the btc price stays at this they are a better value than the s5 since the maintenance fees went down a lot. Right now I would say buy the s3 or s4. At this price range they will stay profitable for a while and are not as overpriced as s5 which Is dropping everyday in price

That's a long maintenance .

Could it be repair problem or deployment ?

I also wonder if it's just the website or if the miners are also down ??

We are so sorry for delay, but the whole team won't enjoy happy hours before new hashnest is online
