Hoping this is the right place for this. Let’s start with the good news,

I WON 1500 LTC on Fortunejack playing dice!!!!! Yes!!!

Now, only problem is I can’t withdraw any meaningful amounts and it seems the amounts I’m “allow” to withdraw
is decreasing by the day. From 240 LTC to 100 to 60 and now all withdraw is pending while the response time from support is increasing, used to be within minutes now I have to wait hours or the next day.

My initial deposits total 1000 LTC to which I almost lost it ALL but ended up on top.
In 2-3 days I was able to withdraw 720 LTC out of a balance of 2500 LTC.

Some excuses that was given was,

-24 hour legit checking standard protocol (understandable)
-technical issues
-withdraw not processed
-wager amounts not 2x deposit (my wager is 20x or more of deposit)
-technical issues
-“you can’t withdraw full amount” (where is this on the tos ?)
-MORE technical issues

By the way, MUCH respect to bitdice.me and Alex for promptly allowing me to withdraw 88.5 BITCOINS! Of which 29.5 BTC was PROFITS. Now that’s a site I can trust. Fortunatejack, PLEASE make this right.

Bragging about how good the other site is , not going to solve your problem in here. If you want some help from the community in here then probably you could start with sharing some screenshot of what you claimed. Secondly , it has been known widely that winner that won alot in fortunejack usually will be checked accordingly to prevent fraud gameplay

It doesn't really take much effort to verify dice bets on FJ's end.

Its their policy, deal with it. Every user that managed to sign up in their site needs to read their TOS before ticking the I agree box and play in it. If they dont want to then they surely dont need to play in here, once you decided to play in here and deposit in it that means you are agreeing with their TOS as well. Either he take it with their TOS or keep bragging about the other site here which wont help him at all

Like I said previously , they’re giving me less and less each day with NO EXPLANATION as to why

As for the proof, I would like Fortunejack to come out to dispute my claims if any of it is untrue. I will upload all the screenshots of conversations between myself and support and “technical group” or whatever if needed.

If you want others to believe your claim then you should upload proofs otherwise mostly no one will believe it.

The amount you're saying is not a small amount so better provide proof and they may give you the explanation for the delay.

I know that this kind of waiting thing is bad from player perspective but in the end fortunejack always pull it out just like few cases back . There are some or perhaps numerous of similar incident as well in the past but as long as the player is proven innocent then the withdrawal is going to be processed

Yap but they need to be faster on it, if they need to verify the bets then they need to do it as fast as possible. Players should be served well as if players are starting to feel disappointed then FJ may lose high rollers one by one because of the slow withdrawal process. There were some long withdrawals that takes months to be processed so they need to learn from it.

Fraud claim without a proof is consider trolling here. So better upload some of the proofs that validates your claim. Otherwise, I don't think anyone from this community will give a damn about your claim. Fortunejack is one of the best online casinos around and the amount you are mentioning is exorbitant. So talk with proper proof and I am sure, the community will give more importance on your claim.

To be honest I dont really care about what is going to happen. I dont really get anything even if Fortunejack solve this quickly or delay it. I dont bother it at all and due to my personal experience, things like this usually get sorted in around one week or so. If there is no fraud play then there is no point to rush and just let FJ take care of this

Theres no point to rush? You can say such thing if you do have lots of bitcoins or money spared on your wallet which you wont really worry up too much into your pending winnings but we know each people do have different in terms of need.Some will rush some wont just dont care at all and thats reality. Delay is delay but the thing we can assured here is that FJ will sort this out if theres no violation would be found.

You are definitely not helping your own case by continuing with this spam. They told you that it would be taken care of tomorrow (MONDAY) and you keep this up. Seems crazy to me and further fuels my suspicions that you have a hidden agenda.

Yes that is true that they have so many scam accusation, this is just because they have so many pending withdrawals on their site. This is not something that you need to brag about because they always checked it slowly on every amount on every bet that you played. You can't force them to give every coin because this is their procedure, if you do not cheated so rest assured, your coin is safe with them. It is just matter of time to get it back to you

I got paid today but still owe around 140 LTC. I will attempt to resolve this relatively small amount with them in private. This matter can be consider resolved in the meantime.

Good to hear that, at least you do not need to wait for so long time like the previous user(s). Means they are improving their service already by processing bigger withdrawal faster than before. Enjoy your winning and hope they will send the other 140 LTC soon. It should not be a big deal for them IMO as it is just some percent of what you have got unless their hot wallet need to be refilled again after they used it for your first withdrawal.

140 ltc compare of the rest of your withdrawal is not too much. At least you already got your 1860 ltc. And how about your 19 btc? Is it still pending? You should really give them some time to resolve everything that is on their procedure to grt your money back if you do not cheat and violate their rules. There is no way such a big site like FJ are going to ruin their reputation just like that

You could really check this by yourself , if there is still rants around here regarding this issue then that means things hasnt really been doing well. Fortunejack is not just a site run by an 18 years old kid behind the computer, they will stick to their reputation

he has been paid in full and closed his scam accusation thread
so the issue is sorted,FJ would not risk its reputation for 1400 LTC,but the speed with which they paid this amount
raises some concerns indeed,probably they just didn't have enough coins in their cold storage and decided to spread the payouts
