Not like they have a support problem because if you can't reach them here there is always a place where you can reach them and they always help their customers out so it never really became a problem ever. There's always a rep here but the thing is their thread is more on announcements and discussions. While we can use this thread to look for assistance it's still best to use a chatbox (like discord or going to their site) because it's easier to reply back and forth.

Its been announced a day before the first 1/8 matches, indeed it was like a sudden announcement. I believe it would have more participants if it has been announced a week before. I made my first withdrawal of 19 DASH with fortunejack and it went through. I kept playing and the next day I made another withdrawal (all the remaining amount which was 13.5 DASH) and did not receive it for a while. I tried logging in to my account and got an error message saying my account is suspended. I contacted live chat and they told me that I have violated terms and conditions. I asked them to explain me what I have violated and that was their response:

I told that it is my only account I have with fortunejack and there has to be a mistake, however, the only answers I received after this were : I am very sorry we can not re activate your account.
It seems that the chat does not care what I say, they just kept answering same thing.

I;m not using any VPNs while playing at FJ, most of the time I use chrome browser. I did tried with Microsoft Edge sometime ago but the problem still exist. I did clear cookies and cookies but the same although the frequency of getting logged out is lower after I did it. Surprisingly it works without any problem on mobile browser (chrome).

Well I lost my deposit (after waiting a day to get it credit) but I managed to turn the .03X bonus balance into .6 and completed the wager requirements. Withdrew .5 and waited a while. Contacted support and they said they investigate withdrawals?

Gonna hope its through by tomorrow (since thats how long they delayed my deposit).
