If your deposit is delayed you have to look at where you sent it from. FJ does not control the blockchain and they credit deposits after 1 confirmation IIRC. Funny there are idiots like you that come attacking people who have serious concerns without knowing jack.

If you bother asking or looking yourself in their dice chat, we had tons of confirmations on the deposit but they delay it on their end.  I have over 20 confirmations within a few hours and it was still delayed over a day. Same with others, theyre still waiting.

Heh it could.  Try playing in a regular fiat poker, sports betting or gambling site.  They usually start processing your withdrawals after 24 - 36 hours after making the request.  Lol.

Well I lost my deposit (after waiting a day to get it credit) but I managed to turn the .03X bonus balance into .6 and completed the wager requirements. Withdrew .5 and waited a while. Contacted support and they said they investigate withdrawals?

Gonna hope its through by tomorrow (since thats how long they delayed my deposit).

Seems like a LOT of users are getting delayed fro both deposits and withdrawals, kind of has me on edge as I remember other casino do this when they run out o fund or something is going on :S

Have you checked your email? As I remember is that Fortunejack will send an email regarding delayed withdrawal for security check. You need to confirm the email IMO especially if you are using a new bitcoin address for the withdrawal.
Regarding delayed deposit, if the transaction has at least 1 confirmation already but it is not credited on your account so I guess there must be an error on their deposit system. You can always use the live chat instead of complaining it here or complain it on their discord channel.

Yeah I feel you, I had the same feeling on an exchange recently, I have withdrawn my money from them (didn't personally selected them but the only place I could cash out my airdrop was that exchange so I had to use them) and after all the KYC and all that stuff they still kept my funds for 1.5 days before they sent it. It really is a nerve wrecking process to wait for your own money to come to you and at the hands of someone else and at the mercy of someone else, what if they don't pay at all.

It is always a test of ones patients until you see the money on blockchain on the way to your own wallet. However do not be worried, fortunejack has a super great trust history and always done the right thing and I doubt they will start scamming people now, or ever. So at least your problem is with a place that is known to be good to customers.

I made a withdrawal yesterday and it was processed within few minutes only as usual, indeed the amount is not big but it is just a bit strange if your withdrawal been delayed for 2 days already. Few days back, my withdrawal was delayed too as informed by email (security check) because I change my withdrawal address but it was processed within few hours only not days. Join FJ's dischord channel and ask David to check, he is active in discord more imo.

The withdrawal issues are generally not individual, I mean if there is an issue as a casino-wide and people have trouble that is heard of before, it is usually just hot wallet not being filled properly and people need to get the cold storage to send money to hot wallet and sometimes the owners are not active for a while and this happens.

Aside from that one person having an issue taking their money out and all others are fine is usually an issue with that person, a casino wouldn't scam just one person, whats the point of paying 100+ people their money while "scamming" one guy ? It wouldn't make any sense at all. Hence its almost always an issue on the gamblers side, not very common but it just happens.

I hope the withdrawal passes soon but I am sure its not a big deal on the site neither.

it's not showing any error and it's not even asking me for my 2FA , it just brings me back to fortunejack first page without logging me in

contacted support and they told me to clear caches then come back , I did that and even changed the whole browser and still not able to log in

I use firefox , support asked me to clear cache but that didn't solve the problem
they asked me to use chrome and same happened , but few minutes later I tried again with chrome and I was able to log in

the weird thing is that firefox still not working for me at the moment even after clearing cache , and I haven't changed anything in chrome so IDK how it was fixed
