Why does FJ require my phone number just to receive a bonus, when I've had my account there for probably 5 years now?  I've never had a casino ask for my phone number to receive a bonus - that's absurd.

Afaik most of their bonuses is indeed only for accounts that are verified already, verified here means mobile phone number verification. It is your own right to choose buddy, take it or leave it. 

i did post & ask the same thing about the phone verification (after update) , no reply or feedback given . not sure is it still the same like previous for withdrawal (email verified) does it need to be verified (phone verification) before you can make withdrawal .

I believe withdrawal still can be made without phone verification. Imho, the phone verification applies for their promotion only as it is a way to avoid abuse especially promotions which good for players (+EV). Regarding withdrawal, we need to verify email in case when we change address only IIRC. If we use the same address as usual then the withdrawal will be sent without email verification.

It's not just Fortunejack but the whole cryptogambling industry, except for some rare exceptions,  is doing everyday a step in the opposite direction of anonimity : seems like the initial idea of gambling anonimously, that fascinated me long ago, is going to die  .

I guess in this case they ask to prevent multiaccounting players from taking advantage of bonus. Sometimes is to prevent illegal gambling , sometimes the reasons are other but everyday we can see with more frequency players asked some form of identification.

I will make it clear, I have done a bet on lightning roulette, the bet was accepted, the number rolled and it hit one of my numbers, after hitting this number I get a message on the screen saying my bet was not made in time, and I didnt get my winnings. Contacting costumer support on www.fortunejack.com made me sick since they have preset replys and you will get mad over it, I have sent over 10 tickets some of them somehow got  closed without even a reply and closed in a bunch of minutes.

FortuneJack itself admitted not to know the reason why my bet was canceled and refunded, and kept ignoring me.

Adding to this I have proof of everything I just said here, and I imagine that it must have been recorded somewhere the lightning roulette session or even recorded by fortunejack itself, many people where having this issue on the time frame I got mine.

And now the final thing, I did not got this error only once, but twice, I got it once and I contacted live support and while talking with live support it happened again and still they couldnt do anything about it has they say they dont find anything wrong with my bets.

Please pay back what you owe me, we are real people risking our real money, casinos are so quick taking our money but cant solve simple issues

I was not worrying it too much as I have no reasons to worry about withdrawals in fortunejack as I have never experienced any significant issues. Just wondering why my withdrawals needs security check while I did not use new address, as per my experience is that security check is done when I change withdrawal address only.
