It is really hard to believe that FortuneJack is a scam one.
The site has long history, and this casino is one of the biggest, and most reliable online casinos for years.

And btw what is the used of these datas if you already past most of the bets that you made? I am sure they are willing to give it to you and evem if they do not give it, there is history about your last bet on the site so you can go there and check whether the site is provably fair or not. No, I totally think fortunejack is legit, I was responding to someone who said every player has a right to get all the bets they made. I simply stated they do not have a "right" for it, if fortunejack wants to share that info than they can, if they want to give you just the last 2000 they can, if they only let you see your latest one and nothing further back than they can.

It is not a law to give players all the bets they made, it is there because fortunejack allow it to be there, which basically means fortunejack is a decent place that shares info that you might need without them being forced to do so, they are doing it out of their kindness and everyone should appreciate it.

People who defend gamblers and ALWAYS go against casinos no matter how trustworthy or legit a casino is make me question their common sense, yes there are casinos who are scamming people but just because there are those kinds of casinos do not think there is no legit casino out there neither, fortunejack is a legit one and I would defend it until proven wrong.

I mentioned Curacao license to explain that this license doesn't give you any guarantee that the casino is fair. Please focus on what is written in the scam accusations thread. I am not going to comment on if you think fortunejack is a scam or not, that is something personal to you and I do not have any right to meddle, just because I have never had any issues with fortunejack I am not going to tell you to believe in them since you might have a different opinion of them. However painting a red big brush over ALL casinos that use curacao license is just plain evil.

You basically tell people that ALL casinos are bad and they should not be trusted and if you play there you are going to lose your money (which in fact is true thanks to house edge not scamming) and they are finding ways to screw customers over while trusting curacao will do nothing about it.

Yeah... game-protect. According to him everyone is a scam. Dude believes you can gamble anywhere you want and reclaim whatever you lost back and the casino has to follow up with that. You can literally go to casinos, bet, lose, recoup, bet, lose, recoup and basically do this until you win whatever money you want. He just simply lives in a dream world where everything goes according to plan for the gambler.

Thankfully crypto casino space doesn't care about him at all which is the reason why we have so many casinos, if they cared about him they would probably go bankrupt in a day for paying everyone back on what they lost. Fortunejack or any other place, if you think they are scamming people you will see the reactions from the gamblers themselves, not from one or two sources, one person can have an issue with one casino but when 100 people have issues that casino usually gets shut down.

Hey this happens to casinos when they start getting bigger, many gamblers think by name shaming them they can recover their losses as the casino will not like it’s reputation to be damaged. I don’t think Fortune Jack are a scam I have seen here people have won big amounts and they have got paid by Fortune Jack. However if people feel they have a reasonable proof against any site here, then they should open a thread in scam accusation and post all proof there for people to see.

Hello, this is my first post on asktom.cf so sorry If I do anything wrong.

I am here to report the massive scam fortunejack can be, over the last 3 days I have been trying to get money back from a bet which I won, but was somehow canceled and refunded.

I will make it clear, I have done a bet on lightning roulette, the bet was accepted, the number rolled and it hit one of my numbers, after hitting this number I get a message on the screen saying my bet was not made in time, and I didnt get my winnings. Contacting costumer support on www.fortunejack.com made me sick since they have preset replys and you will get mad over it, I have sent over 10 tickets some of them somehow got  closed without even a reply and closed in a bunch of minutes.

FortuneJack itself admitted not to know the reason why my bet was canceled and refunded, and kept ignoring me.

Adding to this I have proof of everything I just said here, and I imagine that it must have been recorded somewhere the lightning roulette session or even recorded by fortunejack itself, many people where having this issue on the time frame I got mine.

And now the final thing, I did not got this error only once, but twice, I got it once and I contacted live support and while talking with live support it happened again and still they couldnt do anything about it has they say they dont find anything wrong with my bets.

Please pay back what you owe me, we are real people risking our real money, casinos are so quick taking our money but cant solve simple issues

I just want to say Im already for 9 days total waiting for my money, 6 days ago they said that as it was providers fault they were going to contact provider and send me a reply, they kept me waiting until today, while the provider had already sent them the reply 3 days ago, and I contacted provider myself to prove it, here is the proofs for those who say I dont have proofs:
