Agreed, considering what is on the line (I mean 3BTC for a prediction comp. is crazy, I love it) it perhaps should be a bit better optimized but I can't complain. I did terrible in the 1/8 finals but at least managed to scrape by with 2 correct ones. I'm so torn in this first round of quarters but I've placed my predictions and will pray to UEFA now

Is this internal promotion from Fortunejack or it is just another global promotion from the provider of the game?

I did, unfortunately I got no correct scores LOL but I'll try for the 1/4 Finals Matches.  Waiting for more internal promotions especially for your provably fair games, you have nice provably fair games so it should be maximized to gain much more players aside from your slots promotions which is running every week for so long time already.

Hey Fortunejack is a legit site there’s no doubt about it, there’re two kind of posts that users post here one who’s received payments late, and other one is where user is upset after loosing. In the case of former posts I have seen they’re always paid up, if it’s a huge amount sometimes it gets delayed but in the end they clear it. While for the latter they cannot do anything about it, and those posters tend to label FJ as a a scam site but people are smart they know whose reviews they need to trust.

Fortune Jack is a big site, and it has good reliabilty history.
When gamblers get lost, they tend to felt more pessimistic, dissapointed themselves, and with the site, of course.
So, such complaints made after losses usually contain something not really true, in most cases.
I don't say they say lies with their complaints after lost, but they often exaggerate issues (if there are issues) a little bit bigger, and more serious.

Well yes, FJ is a big reputed site but there can be mistakes too. If you are not satisfied with their calculations you can raise a ticket to their support. If they do not answer your query or are unable to satisfy you, then you can raise a scam accusation
Just by screaming Scam, will not make them scam. Also i feel that there can be issue with OP too, as 99% of the people trust FJ.

Hey normally all casinos I know have instant deposits and instant withdrawals in place, as gamblers only prefer to play if both are available. However in certain cases it does happen that withdrawals can’t be instant, those cases are where the gambler has won a huge amount, and the casino needs to do KYC for their safety. Most casino offers both instant deposit and withdrawal and the only time they put a withdrawal on hold is if they need to do additional check and due diligence for the account owners.

But on the history of FJ, They always honor customers withdrawal even those account that undergo additional checking.

That's the real difference I mean fortunejack could be one of the most known casinos out there in the history of bitcoin (I am not even talking about just today, it has always been like this) and what sets fortunejack and others on their level apart from smaller or worse casinos is that you never hear a bad beat about them at all, anything that is remotely even questioned is usually helped and fixed by the support so quickly you never even realize it happens.

What other places have in issues is that you reach to support guys and they do not help in proper time and you write it everywhere online and than they help you, here on fortunejack if there is ever any problem at all the support helps so quickly that only that person knows and we never hear about it, they are amazing like that.

Every time I request a withdrawal, they will always delay my withdrawal for the standard security check. My highest withdrawal requests between 0.3 - 0.5 BTC.
This never happened to me before. Even my withdrawal was higher than that a few weeks ago.

I did it already since a week ago IIRC as I do not want to miss it but too bad there is no ways to edit/revise the prediction as there is a bit misleading thing in the Jackmate. Fortunejack put Porto in front made me think that the first leg will be at Porto's home but in fact the first leg will be at Anfield.

Fortunejack was never a sportsbook and just recently added it and I can clearly see that what they are doing is wrong in so many levels that only think I can think of is them either not using a proper third party program in sportsbook system of their casino and also not really knowing whats good or whats bad in sportsbooks for their lack of experience.

They are usually just a casino so this new sportsbook thing is just a new thing they are trying out and it could be understandable if they suck so much but I am sure in the end they will fix it. If it continues for a long time than we can blame them but for now I just put it on their sportsbook incompetence instead of shady move.

Clearly you should understand that FortuneJack only had released their Sportsbook officially last January 29 and early problems like what you have been experiencing and from other people who have posted their feedbacks online is a normal occurrence to experience on newly launch products in their beta stage. It may not be their forte but just give them time they will adjust and match the level if not surpass the satisfaction other sportsbooks gives to their players, they have done it on several of their games surely they can do it on a big product like this one.
