In some previous similar cases (security check of big win), Fortunejack needs longer time to do the check and verification. It might take several days or even weeks to finish the check but I believe if everything is right then you'll get your money eventually. Just have a relax sit and wait for them to do what they need to do, I know that waiting is an annoying thing to do but that's the only thing you can do right now. Grats for your winning though and hopefully you'll receive your money asap.

Like panjul07 said it is most probably a security check to make sure that there was no foul play used. If everything is legit from your side you have nothing to worry about.

Regarding the names. Googling 'sakura' I found out that the word is of Japanese origin. It is a cherry blossom tree.

I don't think 'Chi' is Japanese. It has two meanings according to google.
1. A letter in the Greek alphabet
2. The twenty-second star in a constellation
