hi. I previously had an account with fortune-jack (2+ years ago) now I wished to login and it said account inactive contact support. I asked to support and it said that my old account can't be revoked so I should create a new one. I asked that would it be considered as multi-accounting? to which the support said that since the account was already dormant and I am creating a new account after my old account was inactive.. it wouldn't be considered as multi-accounting. just writing here for confirmation. please confirm.

You can screen record those conversations and if there is a problem in the future like banning your account without any concrete reason other than having multiple accounts you can present the evidence that their support team advised you about creating a new account and there wont be any issue and even if they do that accidentally they will sort the issue.

I got 3 correct prediction only but it was fun. There was no 1btc winners on this first round obviously as there is a match with no goals, but I wonder how many users predicted 5-6 correctly and won the free bet. It would be nice to see the list of the winners of every round. Fortunejack does not need to reveal the complete usernames but it can be just initial of the usernames. Winners list is always a good tool to make people attracted so there will be more new players come for this majestic 7 promo.

Just an idea to make overall leaderboard and top players with the most guessed goal scorers to get some freebets in the end of the season. This would make it a bit more competitive and engaging for the players.

Another slow withdrawal here. Few days ago I got instant withdrawal but now it is pending after few hours. I'm not quite understand why sometime withdrawal is instant and some other time it is slow. Got no email means that there is nothing to be confirmed, the amount is also not that big as it is only 2x of my deposit. 2x wager done I'm sure about it as I was up to 4x my deposit but losing half after it. From what I've seen, they have similar lines, but I don't think it's a straight up clone. A while back, FortuneJack had Canadian Premier League betting and I asked Betcoin to add it, assuming that they had a similar provider and would be able to. They told me that their provider did not offer CPL at that moment.

From what I've seen, they have similar lines, but I don't think it's a straight up clone. Well, check their live odds. They move at exactly the same time and the margin difference stays exactly the same percentage wise.
Maybe they did not want to add Canadian Premier League and didn't want to admit it and brushed it off on the provider.

@Gogao FJ is not a scam I would advise you to contact FJ support either here or on the site, and submit all the required information to them. If you have not cheated then they’ll definitely help you recover your coins just be patient with them.

I always wondered how FJ connect multi accounts, just recently my account was banned, I was accused of having few accounts and after very quick chat with support my account has been unbanned. I suspect it was false positive IP, however, they never said what was the reason.
Did they say anything to you? If there was breach of ToS they should return you your funds.

Makes no sense and to be honest FJ should hire support which has at least some basic knowledge, not to mislead players pointing to blockchain.com to say that "it doesn't show that address therefore it is not bitcoin address", you are crypto-website after all.
